Amazing to see all the animals and walk around the zoo, well laid out, great for family's, would recommend to anyone visiting melbourne, definatly folks up the whole day and would recommend getting there early so you can enjoy everything and see all the shows

Super. Największe wrażenie robi dziobak podglądany w jego naturalnym środowisku- specjalnie dla niego zrobionej sztucznej rzeki gdzie widzimy go spod wody. Nie wierzyłem ze uda mi się nie tylko zobaczyć ale długo obserwować to niezwykle rzadkie zwierze . Z innych atrakcji lemury do których się wchodzi i przebywa razem oraz koala śpiące na wyciągnięcie ręki .

Great zoo which you can easily do in a day! Displays are relatively close to each other so you don't need to walk for miles. Car park is cheap, just $2 for 5 hours of parking which pretty much covers your zoo day out. Highlights for small kids is the butterfly enclosure. Get their early as this gets pretty crowded quickly and dress so you can easily take layers off as it is super hot inside. Great on a cold winter's day! The feeding/talk/show times are a little awkward so recommend knowing when these are so you can plan your day to get the most from your day. There are plenty of places to sit down and eat your lunch. Recommend bringing your own food/drinks to avoid the queues and the high cafe prices.

the zoo is well maintained. the staff are really friendly.the seal's presentation is a must to see.great place for kids.animals are treated well.

Great experience

Always enjoy visiting but my favourite place is the lemur walk through enclosure. They were particularly frisky and friendly on our most recent visit, possibly because it wasn't a scorching hot day. Great way to kill time before flying home.

Best zoo ever. Stunning grounds. Amazing keepers. We will returnCompletely reccomend the behind the scenes tours. Worth the extra money. Pretty buy tickets to skip the line, we saved an hour doing this

Weirdly, one of the worst zoos I've been too.I had really high expectations considering how popular and central it is, but I found that a lot of the exhibits were poorly presented and the park over all suffered from neglect. The map and information plaques were either out of date, damaged or non existent and all the animals looked either stir crazy or lonely.Perhaps Melbourne zoos funds are focused on conservation rather then education and upkeep, but at the end of the day Adelaide, Australia and Bali were all far superior zoo experiences from start to finish.
