The service provider David got verbally aggressive with my elderly mother ( aged in her 80’s). The initially quoted price was different & was significantly higher than she was informed of or anticipated (at the time of the works). He had also been to her house a year earlier to complete works on this air con unit. She was happy to pay but queried the price change. He reacted very badly- bad manners and inappropriate behaviour despite being paid in full.

We had issues just before it started getting cold and being such a busy time of the year, other businesses were either fully booked with a long wait time, or charging through the roof for a basic service. Dave, too, was fully booked but offered to come look at our heating early in the morning before fulfilling his other bookings which was extremely helpful when we have a little bub at home and no heating. Dave promptly serviced the unit and was fantastic to deal with. We highly recommend him!

Dave's a friendly guy who can talk a leg of a chair. He's also a great plumber who did a sterling job on our heating for a very reasonable price. We'd definitely use him again and recommend him to others

Super happy with the service provided! Great communication from start to finish, asked for consent before installing replacement parts. Workmanship was professional, cleaned everything thoroughly and was well priced. Would recommend and will be calling this company if i need anything heating, cooling or plumbing related again.Cheers!

Very prompt service, especially seeing it was a weekend. Cheaper call out than many others. Very curteous and took the time to explain what was done clearly to my elderly mother. Did a very thorough job, checking everything, including for gas leaks. Recommend highly!
