Tree Ninja

James did a fantastic job last month in removing our Chinese palm tree in our front yard which became too big and which started to overgrow other plants. He was very diligent and knowledgable as there were water pipes running close to this palm tree and took great care of not damaging anything. He also cleaned all debris afterwards. I highly recommend James and his team.

We fortuitously saw the Tree Ninja Truck parked in our street so approached James for a quote to attend to an extremely large 20 year old Manturian Pear which had never had a proper pruning.We agreed to the quote which was extremely competitive. James had a time slot the following morning where he could fit in our job.He and his team arrived promptly and after confirming with me regarding exactly what I wanted they got to work.Kane, the Arborist donned his safety harness and scaled the tree.They kept me involved every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the progress.An hour and a half later, job done.James, Kane and Isaac are courteous and friendly young men with a great deal of experience in the tree lopping/pruning and gardening business. Their attention to detail and perfection is commendable. They did an amazing job and left our property clean and tidy.I highly recommend James and his team and will be requesting another quote for some more work in the next few weeks.

Good easy going communication with James regarding the jobs I needed done. I was impressed with his knowledge of trees & the fact how not every branch had to be removed as removing too many in the wrong way could actually affect the health of the trees.A) Removing a Sheoak which was basically growing right over a neighbors backyard in an invasive way,B) A reasonably big invasive Cyprus pine which was growing right next to some original gums & dropping lots of pine needles etc over neighbors fence. Tree Ninja told me over time if that pine was left there it would eventually kill the gums & then they would have to be removed for safety, being an even bigger job.C) A smaller gum that was growing through my currently unused backyard shade cloth garden pergola. It was always there since I bought the property but over time would get bigger & cause more hassle so decided it had to go, I have enough gums in my backyard.D) Dead branches & many overhanging branches intruding the neighbors from my other gums in my backyard were removed. So now the gums in my backyard are much tidier with much less chance of dropping branches.With these jobs done I was very happy with how they improvised the wood chipper to angle it so the wood chips, mulch was sprayed into my front yard, which later on I spread out for a much nicer front yard. They cut up the bigger logs so now I have firewood too. They tidied up my yard very well after the big morning job. Good friendly team, willing to listen & answer my questions.Would recommend, my neighbors seemed to be happy with how it was all done. The way they used ropes, harnesses etc was quite a sight. They had to sometimes access neighbors yards for the overhanging branches but was no issue & good outcome for all.

James removed a small tree stump for my daughter a few weeks ago. His response time was fantastic (a matter of hours) and he completed the job very quickly. His level of service and professionalism was fantastic, and he left the site very tidy. His pricing was very competitive and my daughter was extremely happy with James' work.Jack Henderson

The team at Tree Ninja removed 3 large conifer pines from our front yard. We gave instructions to not trample the surrounding garden (where possible), and they did an excellent job!Now we have a lovely view down the street, and can enjoy the sunset from our front yard. Our solar panels also benefit from the afternoon sun!!

Tree Ninja did an absolutely exceptional job. My house is ex-rental and the trees hadn't been cared for - there were a lot of low hanging branches and some dead ones! I just told James what I wanted and he worked the rest out. Reasonable quote, very professional and also a delightful team! My sister's house is next to mine and she needed branches removed around an aviary with an injured magpie in residence. She was so impressed at how careful the guys were.
