Jamie at Skilled Driving gave me a lesson a few days before my driving test, last week. He was calm, confident and extremely knowledgeable and was able to show me all the things the testers are looking for as well as a few of the bad habits I'd developed while learning. He focussed on the areas I needed work on and gave me a lot of confidence for the test.When I took my test, Jamie's lessons were invaluable. I passed and was told I was a very confident driver. I was terrified of the reverse parallel park before I went to Skilled Driving. No one had been able to explain it to me in a way I could comprehend. My instructor, Jamie, made it super simple and I got the hang of it within one lesson. Having had a few driving instructors, Skilled Driving was easily the best experience I’ve had. Jamie was a really genuine guy who put me at ease every time I was behind the wheel.Couldn’t have passed my driving test without his help!Cannot rate highly enough

Jamie is an outstanding driving instructor. His lessons brought me from having little experience behind the wheel to being able to pass my test and drive safely with confidence. Jamie was especially helpful during my early lessons, when his calm demeanour and clear instructions enabled me to feel comfortable with something I'd found terrifying. As I learned more, his guidance on manoeuvres and road positioning was essential in getting me where I needed to be to pass the test. I would highly recommend Jamie to beginner drivers, more advanced drivers looking to brush up on skills, and anyone in between.

Look no further than Jamie for driving instruction, you'll find no better. A born driving instructor, he's got the perfect temperament for the job – he always has his wits about him and always keeps his cool. I recommend him particularly to hesitant drivers; his level manner and clear instructions really help to demystify the road, and he always has safety at front of mind. This is clearly not just a job for Jamie. He's serious about empowering new drivers and doing his bit for safety standards on the road.
