We had a great Breeky here at Steamin Mugs. Good, generous portion sizes and lovely staff and management. The music was a little to much on top of the already noisy environment though.

Absolutely brilliant! Have come here a couple of times now and it is consistently impressive. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere and outdoor area down the back is really cute and the food is amazing. An absolute must if you're stopping through Hastings! Whether you want a quick bite and a coffee or a sit down meal with lunch or breakfast served all day Steamin Mugs should be your go to destination!

A nicely presented cafe, friendly staff greeting to show us to our table. They were flexible with accomodating where would like to sit. The menu had some interesting choices that I would like to sample another time. The smashed Avo with pumpkin bread was one of the best we’ve had. The simple bacon and poached eggs was good except the meal arrived less the bacon? The staff rectified this delivering it after I had started eating.Just a little more attention to detail will elevate this cafe.

We had a lovely brunch here while on holiday.The food was pretty solid and moderately well priced. A highlight was the spinach and cheese waffles which were really nice and savoury and paired well with a traditional eggs Benny.Coffee was fine and the ambience and staff were great. The interior decor is nice and airy and the volume levels were pretty good even on a fully packed day.4/5

Lively atmosphere and beautifully presented food. Great service and very modern furniture. The girl who was one of the waitresses walked around and ask how everyone's meals were which I find nice that she did that. Great selection of food and my mum who is gluten free was able to have something which made me happy.

Food was amazing! Best breakfast I think I have had EVER! Great coffee, great atmosphere, the ivy everywhere was gorgeous and the staff were lovely! Definitely will come back!

The ‘calmer chai’ blend used here is unique and refreshing, served with a pitcher and sieve. Great experience!Granola plate is gluten free, vegan, and the really crunchy type. Expensive but satisfying and wholesome.Service with a smile, heartwarming dining experience here.

The vibe is amazing. I felt very comfortable dining here. Staffs were very friendly, huge space with lots of spots available. Delicious food and reasonable price. Lots of cake options in the cabinet. Menu inlcludes all day breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend!
