Excellent customer service! My back to school is sorted thanks to these guys. I'm new to this bento box craze and was unsure on what to buy my kids. Sent a couple of questions through before purchasing and no question was to hard, they guided me perfectly. I'm so happy with my purchase it came quickly with no hassle.
