Price Attack Ocean Keys

So annoyed by the attitude of the staff. I went into the store to buy red/burgundy permanent hair colour, your meant to buy the colour and the bleach separately. The sale women (also a hairdresser) refused to answer any of my questions about how to use the product, stating that “we don’t give advice” (she was unfriendly about it) …..I tried to ask questions about the product and she just rudely kept saying “the instructions are in the box” … I wanted to ask questions about which of the bleach’s are kindest on brown hair…. Another “ I don’t give advice”so I left and said, “I’ll just buy a kit elsewhere…. This is too confusing and no one will answer my questions about the product”I wasn’t aware this store was exclusively for hairdressers who are well versed on how to use hair products.Can’t believe asking questions about which of their products are best for me are “off limits”

I don't usually leave reviews but I got my hair cut at price attack ocean keys about 2 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with my hair cut! the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. The lady who did my hair knew exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job!! I have had some pretty bad experiences with hair dressers and not doing my hair great but I am so glad I've finally found a hair dresser that can do the hair style I love. thank you guys (: will be coming back for sure

I have found the staff that work here unprofessional too many staff not doing anything but talking amongst themselves.

Most horrible customer service, so rude and unhelpful highly do not recommend this place! I think her name is Crystal? I was served by.. no wonder you don’t wear name bands I’d be embarrassed too if I was that rude! My friend started as an apprentice and stayed for a day because of how unsupportive the staff are towards each other! Horrible work environment DO NOT BE AN APPRENTICE HERE!

Still having issues with my eye a month on, after being poked accidentally and carelessly with a chemical finger.Not worth the awful haircut, 1st time I’ve ever had issues with a Price Attack

Staff attitudes are disgusting. I walking and both are gossiping like teenage girls. No greeting and when I went to the front for some advice i got shut down. Lady with terribly dyed red hair need an attitude adjustment big time! Never would return or require to a friend. 0 stars if i could

Staff wasn't friendly and not very helpful either. She practically barked at me when I asked her a question. I understand it's the shop's condition that staff can not provide advice, yet if there is a disclaimer that any advice given should be at face value. If price attack offers professional advice when they cut/perm/dye hair, then they can provide general advice when customers shop there. I hope the staff receives feedback well and that changes are made. 2 stars for the great range of products on offer. If I can't find elsewhere.. I may return.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. Always receiving amazing customer service and walking out feeling great. I get keratin and a cut. They also stock an awesome range of products. Would 100% recommend.
