Ok these guys have taken care of our insurance needs for a golf course and wedding venue for over 13 years. I cannot rate them highly enough! Whether it's vehicles, business interruption insurance, public liability etc, they are superb- so professional, friendly, conscious of saving us money and prompt - they always come through when necessary. They took far to long to contact me from enquiry. All other brokers contacted at the same time responded in a very timely manner, where elders seem to have decided to take their time ( nearly a full week before responding ).If this is what their service is like to get new business, then i would be concerned about what the service is like once they have your money.
