T1000 EVENTS

I urge you not to purchase any tickets to events using this service, very unprofessional and unfair. I purchased two tickets to the New Year’s Day party for 2021 and unfortunately COVID restrictions were introduced leading for it to be moved to a different date not once but twice and now the day that it’s scheduled to go ahead me and and my friend who I purchased the ticket for are not able to attend the event because our visas are up as it has been 5 months since the date it was supposed to be on and they have actively refused to refund us even tho there are a lot of backpackers who purchased tickets and won’t be in the country they have only offered a credit note which may I add is only redeemable for events in Australia, they have actively ignored of the visa customers who purchased from them. I completely understand that the restrictions are not their fault however, completely outrageous to only offer a credit note only redeemable in Australia and not a refund. 94 dollars is a lot of money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

They have changed the date of an event about 10 times now. Initially this was due to covid restrictions but this is getting a bit ridiculous. They will not allow me to get a refund for the event, only a credit note to more of their events, they don’t seem to manage many, and all of their events are entirely unappealing.

Great company! Organised the brilliant electric gardens in Sydney Cenntenial park and had an amazing day! Also lost my phone at the event and they were able to find it and return it within 48 hours!

I purchased 2 Boris Brejcha tickets and unfortunately the event was cancelled. The people at T1000 were fantastic to deal with in regards to getting a refund for the tickets. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and cannot fault how they dealt with it. Having worked in the payments industry, I'm well aware of the difficulty in refunding people's money especially for an event of that scale. Looking forward to when Boris is coming back and purchasing tickets of these guys again.

This company think they cant flaunt Australian consumer law and make up their own refund policies. We've had our Rottnest event change dates 4 times and now they have changed the venue, we've paid for bloody ferries with the original tickets so they shouldn't even be the same cost.They insist they do not have to refund which is total bull , we as consumers have legal rights and if you change the dates or the venue we have the right to a full refund under Australian consumer law , the ACCC and as stated in the ACL guide to consumer law .

Great crew, good shows, one of the last remaining hard working teams keeping Sydney scene alive…

The Petting Zoo was a mosh pit across all three stages. Spent more time letting people through than enjoying the tunes. Might be good not to sell more tickets than the venue can handle, increase prices or get a larger venue

Fraudulent company! Takes money for non-existent events… does not offer any refunds when events are postponed for 3 years! Avoid this company and their events at all costs! Complete scammers!

Clearly the good reviews here are fake. My friend who bought our tickets has been waiting for Boris refunds for months, after multiple inquiries received a reply saying that it will be processed within 14 business days, which was well over a month ago, and has received nothing from them since. Have never had a company take this long to process refunds. They make it as hard as possible for you to get your money back and bank on the fact you will likely forget about it. Terrible business practice. Would recommend avoiding at all costs. Next step is getting Fair Trading involved.

TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. Would not recommend buying any tickets from T1000. This business refuses to refund for events that have been cancelled and rescheduled for the last 3 years. Thanks for offering a credit note when clearly there are no events planned in WA for the foreseeable future. Thanks for taking my money for a rotto ferry and then changing the venue and refusing to even give that part back. Please do the right thing and refund tickets for the people who wish to have their money back.
