The first time went to here for printing services this morning, had a bad experience I definitely won’t come here again. The staff who is a young guy never have smile I think the staffs should learn customer service from Dan Murphy

Waited for over 20mins for a member of staff to assist me with buying a laptop. I was completely ignored by staff who were stood chatting to each other and not assisting other customers. Every time I tried to get someone’s attention they looked straight through me.

Was here purchasing a computer monitor the other Sunday and couldn't speak highly enough of the service provided by the young chap from geeks2U, Damien (or maybe Daniel). He provided some expert advice, was able to explain the differences between the models and even gave me a great deal by honoring a previous price (price tag hadn't been updated but was now more expensive). Monitor wasn't in store so had it delivered free to my home the following Tuesday. Fantastic service.

I went to the store to purchase some stationery on 1st March 2023. I had all the items but couldn’t find the wider sticky tape in the same location as the other narrow ones.I approached a lovely lady, her name is Irene, who was working very hard in the store. She knew exactly where it was located and directed me without hesitation in a very friendly and warm matter. What a lovely start to my day and very clearly, she loves her job in customer service and an absolute credit to the store.I then saw some empty boxes on the floor and they’re the exact sizes I needed. I approached George whom I asked if I could get those in their disposal dock. He immediately told me I could have them if they’re empty. I also saw him helping other customers to wheel bulky and heavy stuff to their cars for them.What an amazing service delivery and customer experience shown by both.Please congratulate both Irene and George for their stellar, star, class act service delivery performance. They deserve to be commended and recognised.Kudos Irene and George.

Bought a laptop that had Microsoft office 365 included on ticket. Checked with the guy at checkout as I payed. Called me back saying there is no office 365 included after purchase. Refused to honour their ticket. Treated me very disrespectfully when I asked them to honour their ticket. Will never shop here again.

Inadequate staffing. I had to wait an unacceptable length of time for someone to even look at an issue on the self-print station. If you're going to insist on people using self-print, you can at least make sure the darned things work.

Great place for all your office needs especially if you don't intend on paying for all of the items you came for . Also I know from my own personal experiences here, not going to name and shame anyone" that 2 of the female and 1 of the male staff members will actually give you oral or hand relief in your car for $20 - $50."

Called ahead to make sure they do passport photos, walked in and stood in front of the girl at the counter for five minutes before she acknowledged me. She took my photos and then proceeded to tell me they had no paper (at Officeworks??) and couldn't print the photos. No apology just said nup can't do it.

Popular place even at 6.30pm on a Monday. Helpful staff to assist. Has all the essential office needs. Need to be patient for car park space but pretty quick turnover
