Absolutely gorgeous ! The rooms were superb , the decor next level . Would highly recommend. Gabrielle is a fabulous host nothing was up much trouble , so accommodating and gracious .5 star experience all round .

My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Doncaster while in town for a wedding. Gabriele was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure we were comfortable. Gabriele also made us a beautiful breakfast of eggs, bacon and toast which was a lovely touch for two very hungover souls. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Braidwood.

Such a beautifully restored convent in the heart of Braidwood. Gabriele is an amazing hostess, will definitely stay again, even for the breakfast alone!

Gabrielle is a great hostess. She is very friendly and helpful and cooks an amazing breakfast! We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at The Doncaster as we were attending a wedding at Mona Farm. Gabrielle was most accommodating and very welcoming. We will definitely be back to stay and to explore beautiful Braidwood.
