We were referred to Heather and Steve of Pro-Tec by a remediation company we had worked with. The referring remediation company had advised that my parents' sensitive lace curtains could not be steam-cleaned by them or any random operator and that they had confidence in Heather and Steve doing the job competently. Heather and Steve promptly attended to the careful steam-cleaning of the lace curtains, which look gorgeous again and are crease-free (these curtains had been folded up and put away for months in order to facilitate home repairs). Additionally, Heather and Steve promptly arranged for the economical repair of a nearly new venetian blind so we avoided the need and expense of replacing it. These folks know what they are doing and take pride in their work. I am happy to engage them again and I would recommend them to others.

I just rang this place for a carpet clean. It was 6:30am in the morning so I understand it was early, however the gentlemen's first words to me were you rang me at this time to ask about carpet cleaning?" I could not believe how use he was! Don't answer your phone if it's too early

We have used Steve for many years for cleaning, carpets and blinds. He has always done an exceptional job and is very good value for money.I recently had a tenant move out of a rental property and the carpets were supposedly 'professionally' cleaned by someone else. They were left stained and damaged. We called Steve for his opinion. He was able to get the carpets looking like new and was also able to repair the damage. It was a brilliant job. Can not recommend Steve and Pro-Tec highly enough.
