I purchased a product from their online store and it had only 3 months until it expired. I wouldn't be able to finish it in that time and thought it must have been a mistake. They replied saying that it was fine and within their policies. Lesson learnt.

Lovely staff who are very helpful. I buy my shampoo/conditioner here and The Ordinary skincare range.

Very unhappy with this company and will never purchase from them again.I ordered Wahl Clipper Blades and Paid express post to get them in a hurry.It took 3 weeks to get them and a lot of frustration and dissapointment.First up they sent me a bottle of Skin Cleanser.Although dissapointed I thought thats ok Ill just call them.Problem is they dont have a phone number.Step two , Ill email them, but they dont have that either.You have to apply for an account to be able to send any messages.If they make a mistake and send you the wrong item, they make you sort it out.They will not send you what you ordered until they receive the wrongly delivered item back to them.Moral of the story is, if they dont have phone or email , theres a good reason.

The store is great but always closes early before their stated closing time of 5pm. Two days in a row I’ve specifically driven here at latest 4:45 and the store is already shut

Never felt so ugly and rushed out the door wanted to let them no that I was cancelling my appointment I arrived at 2.15, I am a cleaner at this present moment find talent. Wanted to make appointment, had 350.00. I feel I was not worthy to talk to teach them respect because you just don't know who is going to walk in

Terrible online customer service experience. No resolution was given by the team even though the fault was by the website.

Had a full head of foils. The stylist Elza was young and really lovely but the foils inexpert and the worst I've ever had. Will have to go elsewhere for a fix.

We popped in here to have a look at the skin care range that they have in stock. The lovely young woman who works here provided excellent customer service showing us different products, explaining about them and recommending moisturizers for sensitive skin and a great bronzing powder. We also bought some lipsticks as you can never have enough.
