MECCA Mt Gravatt

I was very happy today at the Garden City Mecca. Howie assisted me to achieve the desired colour match for my foundation. She also introduced me to other products and gave me make-up tips. I left feeling spoiled by the attention and wanting to return to purchase the recommended products. Thank you so much for your help Howie. See you soon.

First time shopping at Mecca and I felt a bit intimidated going in as I had no idea what brands or products to go for. I had a lady called Tegan help me and she was very friendly and understanding and made me feel very comfortable. She helped me colour match foundation, recommended brands and even gave me some complementary samples to go home and try so I didn’t have to rush into a decision. Overall was a great experience and I will definitely now be a regular customer.

Had a great visit to Mecca today. Didn’t grab any names of the lovely girls who assisted me, and whilst they were very busy and not able to give me a lot of time - they still made sure my questions were met, that I was able to test the products I wanted and they offered their professional knowledge which I really appreciated. All staff members were extremely friendly, they had a terrific range of products, and I came to the Mt Gravatt store as they had all of the shades that were sold out online and in many other stores in Brisbane!

Stacey did my makeup for my 21st and it was my favourite look ever. She did such an incredible job and even went over time to make sure that I was happy with the results. I loved this experience and would not hesitate to go back again.

GREAT experience at MECCA gardencity! The staffs really look after you with good recommendation. They also offered if I wanted to take any sample products so I can try first before purchase. The day I visited had a special eye makeup session which was free with free candle. The session was great and it was a lot of fun! I would definitely go back and shop there.

I had the privilege of a consultation today with the lovely Ella at Garden City I have been mucked around with foundation after foundation and given the wrong colour time and time again to end up looking orange or yellow due to them trying it on my hand instead of my face.Ella went above and beyond to help me pick foundation, primer, concealer, lipstick, eyeshadow palette and help determine a skin care range for me. Ella wasn’t making me feel like she just wanted a sale instead educated me on my skin and what would suited knowing how sensitive my skin was gave me a sample to try to make sure it will not cause a reaction to my skin being that I am rather sensitive and doesn’t take much.I had a wonderful experience tonight and I even apologised for taking up so much of her time knowing how busy they were however she focused on me and was lovely to customers who asked a simple question she excused herself from me turned to them answered their questions or referred them to a consultant in store. Ella was fantastic and has a world of knowledge I thank you so much for your knowledge experience and my enjoyed spending I was happy to spend a bit if money knowing that I was purchasing quality and correct products I will be back for more.

Had a beautiful lady help me with skin care today. She went out of her way and to find out exactly what I needed and she made me feel like she cared about me and my skin. I forgot her name because I went to a few other stores after but she was so lovely! Give her a pay rise! She’s got long orange-red hair! I think her name started with a S too.

Very helpful, friendly, approachable staff, greet you at entrance.Wide variety of products. Clearly identified areas/ products available. Fast checkout. Tester/ samples to try put. Clean well stocked store.

I came in yesterday to get some help with colour matching foundation and had the best customer service! I’m not sure what the lady’s name was but it was her birthday. She was kind, informative and made me feel very comfortable. Hopefully you can narrow down who it was, please pass on this review!
