Service department is an absolute disgrace, I took my car in for a service and they told me there was no problems with it and it was fine to go. A couple of weeks later I noticed a oil leak so I took it back to them and they told me they forgot to mention that my car had a substantial oil leak and it needed to be fixed. After I didn’t hear from them for a couple days and calling them I went to the service department to get my quote and to say I was disappointed about not being told about the oil leak to which the ginger bloke Adam who I believe was the manager said I was the liar and was extremely rude to me even though I had the papers showing oil was checked. When I came back to get the quote he wouldn’t even come out of his office because he knew he was full of it. Customer service is very poor from everyone in the service department especially him. Also went to a real mechanic and got the same quote for $3000 less.DO NOT get your car serviced here they are absolutely useless.

No nonsence approach, best deal offered up front which was never beaten, even after a couple of other options to find the best deal explored . That included other dealerships and online finder sites claiming the best deal could be found with them. Communication with the sales person was non pushy. We appreciated the experience.

We had one the most pain free purchases ever. James T looked after us from the moment we walked onto the yard. There was never any pressure and any negotiations were transparent and honest.I highly recommend dealing with this dealership.

Have had exceptional service last few visits, this one inclusive as Yusuf was polite, informative and caring. The team are always good to inform me of additional charges such as pollen filter, wipers, etc...Unfortunately today wasn't informed of an additional $250 charge not budgeted for and was a shame I wasn't: a) advised about this prior to being charged and b) when raised at reception, wasn't met with much explanation by a different staff member.Faith a bit shaken sorry to say. Thank you for the service otherwise.

Definitely recommend this dealership for buying a new car! Ordered i30 sedan Elite in late Jan 2023 and received the car in Jun! It was totally worth of waiting time as the car was stunning with great driving assistance functions and looks. Manager 'Josh' and dealer 'Damon' was very friendly and easy to contact if I had any questions. Sasha the finance manager was also great in explaining finance and insurances options.I would recommend this place to my families or friends if they are considering to buy a new car!Damon 한국분이시라서 되게 편했어요. 좋은 가격에 이쁜 차 사서 감사합니다~

I wasn't planning on buying a Hyundai, but the i30 n-line sedan blew both me and my partner away! It had everything we were looking for plus more (sedan, boot space, turbo, safety features, etc.) at a very reasonable price. Once financing was sorted, the car was ready to go. Accessories were late, but the sales rep personally brought them to me.Overall a great experience, the team was lovely and the car is a dream. I'm taking one star off for the finance delay (it took several weeks, and I had to call to ask it to be moved along quite a bit).

Damon Lee is really kind and explains things thoroughly. I was moved by his kindness and it was the first dealer I could trust and trust. Sales experience was great - nil issues.Unfortunately, the service department really let's this dealership down.We had an issue in which the servicing department had no idea what the correct service schedule was for the our vehicle.This resulted in our car surpassing the recommended service interval.Upon dropping the car off my partner was told by the 'senior' service advisor that the mistake 'didn't matter' and that it was 'all good'. In addition to this, my partner also asked if they could re fit the front number plate as it had been installed on an awful angle on delivery - senior service advisor promised they would sort this.Car comes home - what does the service sticker say, you guessed it: in another 15,000kms (the wrong interval yet again). Oh and the number plate? Yeah let's fix that by added in two more self tapping screws - on the exact same angle.Would not trust this lot to service a rock.
