The Zin House
Absolutely stunning property with the most incredible food. My husband booked here for my birthday and we had the degustation menu with matching wines. Our waiter Yo was very hospitable and made our visit wonderful. The menu is well thought out with a combination of complimentary tastes and textures that will leave you very satisfied after each serving. Take some time to walk around the property as well, as there is a gorgeous garden where they grow their own produce, beautiful views of the vineyards and some really sweet animals too. I can't wait to visit again. Thank you for making my birthday lunch so special.

Beautiful location.Set menu with matched wines.Staff informative and attentive.Take you time and stay on the grounds of Lowes Wines.Bring a picnic blanket, but there is plenty of seating.The wine maker was onsite and engaging with guest, hosting wine tastings.Amazing fire pit to enjoy into the evening.

The Zin House
An amazing experience at Zin House. I ordered the vegan degustation and thoroughly enjoyed it. Food is truly amazing and so fresh. The whole experience takes three hours which allows you time to take a walk around the winery during courses and is actually encouraged by the staff. The grounds are also so lovely. Staff are great too. At the end of your fabulous experience you can enjoy a complimentary wine tasting (because you have eaten at the restaurant) and the interior of the winery is eclectic; fabulous ornaments. We all bought a couple of bottles of wine to take home. You can also pre-order picnic baskets to sit outside on a sunny day to enjoy the food and great wines (vegan wines on offer also). A definite place to visit if you are in the Mudgee area or make it a specific reason why you visit Mudgee.

Was an absolutely amazing experience. Fresh ingredients from their gardens in every dish and everything was so delicious. The wines were also amazing and went well with every dish. The service was also outstanding. Would highly recommend

The Zin House was everything we had hoped for and more. The grounds, restaurant and staff were faultless. Every dish was delicious. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Mudgee.

Incredible unique food tasting experience with the most amazing setting. Staff were lovely and the whole experience was perfect! I chose the vegan menu and they catered for me without a problem. Thank you guys! We can’t wait to visit again!

Service was great and the food was amazing from start to finish.Chicken ballotine and rhubarb strudel being the highlights and loved the seasonal, local menu.If anything, there was actually too much food with the final board of cheese, honey and fruit barely touched by either my partner or I - not because we did not want to, but we couldn't fit it in!Would be great if there were a few more intimate tables rather than shared as we were on an anniversary dinner and the wine pairing serving size we found to be quite small.Will recommend!

Myself and my partner had a beautiful long lunch at the Zin House. Beautiful venue, nice matching wines and fresh local produce. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Mudgee. The team at Zin house did a great job with the service, especially Yoyo (the name of waiter who looked after our table .. if I spell it right) was very friendly and gave us great service which made the overall experience even more complete.
