Exceptional staff. I have super curly hair and it's super hard to find stylists that knows how to cut curls. Alex knows exactly what to do to make my curls bounce and look greatGrace is a legend at straightening my hair.Everyone here is super friendly and very knowledgeable.

I just wanted to thank the beautiful hairdresser for styling my hair for my son’s wedding in January. I booked my mum in as well. We were both delighted with the friendly service and professional staff. We were both treated so lovely and we absolutely loved our hair for the big day. The staff took their time and really listened to what we had in mind. Such a lovely team. We booked here because the wedding was at Zonzos Estate which was really close to our accommodation.Thanks again ladies.

I recently had my hair curled at Before & After, Hair & Beauty before a wedding in the Yarra Valley. As an interstate guest the online booking system was very convenient and easy to use. My hairdresser, Grace, was a magician creating curls in my fine hair that held all afternoon/evening even in wet and windy conditions. Would highly recommend, especially if you have an event nearby.

I used this hair salon in September 2022 and they were great, but I booked 9 months in advance for my wedding hair only to be called 5 days out from my wedding saying they won’t be available and can I travel to their other shop in Croydon which will be half an hour away from where I’m staying. This would not work when I have a morning wedding. Very upsetting when I planned and booked so much in advance.

Shannon and her team are FANTASTIC! Even after moving from Yarra Glen to Melbourne I still travel to Before and After to get my hair cut, coloured, and styled. Highly recommended!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, salon has a great atmosphere. Have been going to Shannon for all my hair care for years and will continue to follow her wherever she goes. My hair always looks and feels amazing after going to Before and After Hair and Beauty. Definitely recommend!

Owner and full time hairdresser Shannon has been doing my hair for years now, she’s highly professional and knows exactly how to work with all hair types, making her work continually amazing each visit.This salon has fun and friendly vibes, and great pricing too!Highly recommend
