I had my evap cooler, wall furnace and hot water system all serviced by Ian he was prompt, professional and cleaned up afterwards. As I got all 3 appliances serviced he offered a great price. Highly recommended.

We had a few quotes on our hydronic heating and split system, and some varying advice from these companies. We chose Ian for a few reasons, including his professional approach, he gave us great advice, he took time to explain the positioning of the wall panels and split system, which all made sense, he uses quality products and parts, competitive pricing and basically he's really nice bloke to deal with. We certainly were not disappointed with Ian's workmanship, his manners and his all round attitude, the hydronic system has been great, the towel rails and wall panels look fantastic and the work is so neat. The split system was fitted beautifully and all pipes and power cable hidden. Even the pipe work in the roof space and under the floor is incredibly neat, to the point were the building surveyor commented on it. There was no bs with Ian and he was totally reliable and trustworthy, turned up on time every time in what turned out to be a bit of a protracted renovation and extension- he didn't lose focus once. Can't recommend Ian enough and friends who have used him have given me great feedback. We are very happy.

Ian got back to me immediately when I called him with a problem with our central heating. On inspection we discussed alternatives and mutually decided that a new unit was desirable given the condition and age of the problematic unit. Even though Ian had a week vacation planned in Queensland on Monday the following week Ian organised the new unit and spent the Saturday installing it before he left. This was much appreciated as it was during a very cold period here in Jan Juc. Ian worked independently and efficiently and went out of his way to assist us in a timely fashion.

I’ve called Ian a few times and will continue to call him to service my central heating and evaporative cooler. So thankful when he fixed my central heater last year when we needed it most. Called him on the day and he squeezed me in. He’s prompt, efficient, does a great job, great communicator, very friendly and is reasonably priced. He carries a portable EFTPOS machine so you can pay by card and don’t have to worry about bank transfers at a later date.

We had an issue with our evaporative air conditioning unit where we could hear water constantly running through. We called Ian and he came the very next day. Something had perished and water was spraying out. Luckily no real damage had been done and Ian was able to repair the air conditioning unit for us the same day. I highly recommend Ian for his punctuality, professionalism and excellent work.

I contacted Ian because our gas wall furnace did not pass a safety check. He was able to help us out with replacing it with a fan assisted flue that is now compliant with the new vba requirements. He was very professional, prompt and provided a great service. I can highly recommend this company and would be more than happy to use him again

Highly recommended Ian. Basically I live in south east and my rental needed evap cooler fixed. Bon Aire quoted me $875. Rang Ian who lived in Geelong to see if I could get a better deal. Ian had the option to really take me to the cleaners and come in at say $500-600 which was a lot cheaper. This is why Ian has my recommendation. Looked at the job and quoted me just $250 to complete the job. Very hard to find trades with integrity and honesty these days so I was very grateful I found Ian. Thank you mate I appreciate all your efforts despite a few hiccups along the way.

We had a great experience with Cats. Ian was able to attend on a weekend to give us a rapid quote for the install of three AC units. He was excellent value and offered a complete service including removing an old failed unit. Very happy with the service and quick turnaround in a busy summer.

From the time that Ian answered my first call, through to when we shook hands after the installation had been completed, my experience with Cats was definitely 5 star. Everything about it. Ian is a really nice guy who truly cares for his customers. He's easy to connect with, he most certainly knows his stuff, the quality of his work is outstanding, and his pricing is competitive. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Ian and his company (Cats) and I'm happy to recommend his services to others.
