I am an Australian-based paediatric cardiac surgeon and have recently taken delivery of my new Admetec Ergo loupes sourced through Kannika at Xclearvision in Melbourne.I was keen to find something to alleviate neck ache at the end of a day's operating and came across the newer through-the-lens, pentaprism based optics.In Asia-Pacific, Admetec's Ergo range is one type allowing incorporating of an optical prescription into both the carrier and magnifying lenses and also customised working distance.The loupes themselves have exceeded all expectations. It takes a little time to re-calibrate one's brain with the new head position but the dividends are increased comfort.Customer service was excellent. Kannika was professional and courteous, no hard sell just let the product speak for itself.

I am a pediatric cardiac surgeon. I began using these loupes a few months ago. I met with Kanikka Arora from XClear Vision in Melbourne. I was able to organise to meet them at very short notice. She was a pleasure to deal with. Their team was attentive to all my requests for information in person and later on via email. I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a company to deal with with regard to obtaining Admetec loupes or any other product for that matter.Making the transition from my usual loupes was quite straightforward once I got the hang of standing straight in the operating theatre. The benefits from the change in my posture after a long day of operating were immediately noticeable. I did not have to bend my neck anymore and my neck and upper back were not stiff at the end of the day. The loupes are light and the magnification ratio of 5 appears to be somewhere between the 3.5X and 4.5X of my Designs for Vision loupes. Ideal even for challenging work. The field of vision is also more than adequate. To use my usual prescription lenses without magnification all I have to do is look below the barrel of the loupes. This requires only a small declination of my neck and does not feel unnatural in any way. I wish I had been using these loupes for all of my professional life. I would strongly recommend these loupes for any surgeon irrespective of subspeciality.

I have ordered a loupes near Christmas period around 1 of December. I want them ASAP. I requested Kanika to please delivered me ASAP. But due to Christmas holidays everywhere I was not expecting to get it on time. But Kanika called me on 22nd of December to inform that she received the order. I was so happy with their service. Bought ergo loupes (admetec) from Kannika and was a great experience. Good communication, great deal, extremely fast delivery (faster than quoted) and overall good product.As a dentist, these really help me sit upright and are extremely light. I got the refractive 5x and taking some time to get used to as my first pair of loupes, but am loving.Was hesitant about the cordless light, but easy transition with 3 batteries included and lasts long enough :)

I bought Ergo Loupes through Kanikka, who was very responsive and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process, including the Zoom meeting, measurement, and delivery of the loupes. I'm a dental student here. I've had a great experience with Kanikka from Xclearvision Kannika is very friendly, and she was able to help me with my questions in a very time efficient manner. The admetec ergo loupes feel very light in my hand, and it sits very comfortably on my nose. The refractive loupes allow me to look at the patient without needing to bent my neck or back, and it gives a very clear image of the mouth. As a student, I have to say that I'm very happy with the price for the ergo loupes as well, and it was a huge factor that ultimately made me to go with Xclearvision. Will definitely make another purchase before graduating.
