Where do I even start… I was told it would only be a few days and I’d have my side mirror replaced and for a reasonable price too. Great, this sounds perfect, so I booked it in and paid for it. That was my first mistake. I had to make multiple follow up phone calls along the way asking what was taking so long (out of courtesy you’d expect that they would phone me to let me know, but they didn’t). I was forgiving enough about this and when offered a refund after 2 weeks of waiting I remained loyal and continued to wait just a few more days. That was my second mistake. The next correspondence was a text message saying “mirrors4cars is approximately 1 hour away”. I was not home at the time, but my hubby was so I thought they might as well just get it done. The installer got to work telling my hubby she would let him know when she was finished so he waited patiently inside with our young children. A while later my hubby went outside to see how the install was going and the installer had already left without notifying him. When I got home we inspected the side mirror together and noticed the cover (which was my original chrome cover) was not fully attached and appeared as though it would fall off if the car was driven. We tried to push it into place thinking it was just loose and it would not go into place. My hubby removed it to see why and we could see that the clip had been broken. This must’ve happened during the install because it was attached to the original side mirror prior to their arrival. As a “solution” to the broken clip the installer decided to use a big blob of silicone to then hold it on to the new side mirror. When I couldn’t get hold of the installer by phone to question it I left a message and contacted Mirrors4Cars and Jamie said to leave it with him. While I waited for a return phone call (that never came) I sent through photos and a follow up email explaining all of this in writing and that I was unhappy with the end result. Instead of offering to simply replace my chrome cover I received an email back stating that because we had taken it off they would not hold responsibility to rectify any faults. This is very unfair because we were not given any opportunity to inspect the work of the installer before she left the property. If she had done her job correctly we would not have had to touch it. In my opinion if you use this company you will regret it.

I had to replace the glass on my drivers side mirror after it fell off in the rain. I bought from this business and I have nothing but praise for them. They were professional and did a great job with the glass. It fits perfectly and was easy to install. I paid extra for fast delivery and it arrived next day. They rang me because I hadn't filled the form in properly and were decent and lovely to talk to. Saved me so much money buying just the glass, other places would only replace the whole mirror. I highly recommend using this business.

I ordered mirror for my car, they gave me wrong size and without backing plate, then I call them and they told me those guy who cut the mirrors, is still learning, second time they gave wrong size again, third time also without frame, even i discussed every thing before ordering. I am not happy at all.

Very, nay, extremely poor service! Dropped off a 4 inch round mirror for replacement early December 2022, didn't receive my mirror back until march 2023...3 trips to and 3 trips from the shop later, after many excuses and reasons why not completed ( first attempt was under parr due to scratched silver section of mirror and offered for replacement by Rick and yet delayed further by 1.5 months for completion). No response until final day by phone , had to call multiple times to encourage, and complain of time frame... poor communication at all times and when finally completed no compensation for delay and worded that they don't care as they are so busy and flat out it doesn't matter.... WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Please do not use this business.I have never in my life felt compelled to write a bad review but I have never had a worse experience with a service or business. I wish I read the reviews before I paid for a mirror. On their website they advertise a “same day” service. I chose to go with this business as I needed a quick service as I was going on holidays and needed my car. I booked on the Thursday afternoon and was assured it was a same day service. It wasn’t ready that day which was fine as I did book in the afternoon. I waited all day Friday and called to find out what was happening. I was told me they can’t give me an ETA as they couldn’t call the delivery truck. I waited all day to drive an hour to Coomera. It got to 4 pm and I called 10 times with no answer. Meaning I was going into the weekend with no mirror and no communication which lead me to believe I had been scammed. I then delayed my holiday and it got to monday. I rang in the morning and Brett finally answered he told me he had spoken to the truck and It was coming today. When initially he said there was NO way he could speak to the truck. Which lead me to believe even more that I had been scammed as the story had changed again. Finally at 3pm they told I could drive down as the part had arrived. Brett was extremely rude and condescending on the phone. The whole process was stressful difficult. The mirror was finally fitted at 4:30 on the Monday afternoon. Meaning I had to delay my holiday.Please do not use this business they advertise a service they cannot deliver and are extremely rude.

**USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY, I wish I read the reviews for this place before buying my side mirror. I bought a $435 mirror on the 8th of April to be painted with a timeframe of a week, 2 weeks tops. It took 11 WEEKS for them to complete this job. Now I completely understand that unforeseen painting complications came up which extended the turnaround but 11 weeks to paint one side mirror is unacceptable to me. Not only did it take a ridiculous time, but not once did they contact me to explain the delay, I had to follow up every single week asking when it would be done as I was driving without a side mirror. They would give me the same excuse and said it would be done within a few days of every time I called. Around the 9 -10 week mark, I would get a passive aggressive attitude from whoever I spoke to as if they were annoyed I was constantly trying to find out where my mirror was. I never write reviews but I just had to after this experience. Use a different company.

Bought the mirror on the phone based on VIN on 12/Dec/2021. Picked up on 21/Dec/2021. Incorrect Mirror. Returned the unit straight away. I was advised return processing will be after Christmas holidays. Follow ups follow ups response. They (Brett) acknowledge of the return on the phone, when asked to reply on mail, no response.Filed a dispute with UBank (NAB) on 23/Mar/2022. Still awaiting money. Bank is asking for the email acknowledgement of return. Update 09/Nov/2022: Still working with the bank to get the money back from these thievesUpdate 18/Feb/2023: ACCC: accc-report:611167

Never use this business. Paid full price for missing parts after someone smashed my side mirror. Brett was amazing on first call and new all the parts I needed (I had a list from dealership as well) recieved package and warning light was missing. Company has net replied to any of my emails or called me about them and when I have called I get told they are checking with supplier and they don't know what happened. What happened is they took my money and did not send all the parts and now don't want to deal with me.I cannot wash my car as water will get into the hole and to make it worse it is winter and raining in Victoria.Off to consumer affairs I goZERO STARS FIND ANYONE ELSE TO BUY FROM

Please do not use this company. I have never dealt with a more frustrating business in my life. Once they have your money they do not care they have supplied a faulty product and will not refund or replace.

These guys were great. They were able to see me on short notice, the customer service was great & the work was done quickly & efficiently. Will be recommending this company to anyone needing any mirror replacement or repairs.
