Always much slower than they say when you order over the phone for pickup. Prefer the chicken shop in Fernvale.

I find the food here normally quite good. But not today. I ordered seafood sticks, crumbed sausage and fish and chips. The seafood sticks and crumbed sausage were burnt. The chips were over done as well. Instead of cooking fresh ones I was expected to take them and was told an extra piece of fish was given because of this. I didn't want an extra piece of fish just the seafood sticks and crumbed sausage cooked properly. They were terrible. The young girl that works there has no customer service skills what so ever. Won't be back.

Great food I would definitely suggest the chicken fillets $3.50 each or 3 for $10 best this I have ever had from a takeaway shop. The chips here are descent but not the best in town. Overall I would say it is a great store.

Our food unfortunately wasn’t cooked. I returned the uncooked dim sim as they were completely cold in the middle. They cooked some more for me as a replacement - however these were also cold in the middle. I threw them out. I wasn’t going to go back a third time - at that point it was just embarrassing for everyone involved.Fish had a really odd texture so we didn’t eat that either.Chips were good…... can recommend the chips. However I would never eat here again for fear of getting sick.

Stopped in to grab a bite, great selection of food to go or you can grab a burger and chips. Chips are soft but crunchy!
