Excellent remedial massage.

Appalling. I went in and asked for a 45 minute relaxation massage. Paid my $60 and went through to the room. The young girl came back and the time was 2.55pm. She must of been on her own as she answered 2 phone calls during my massage. Left the room to attend reception then finished at 3.29. I felt it was very rushed the whole time. Ive been back the last 2 days too complain and they have not been open, even though they advertise 10am-10pm 7 days

I seriously think the owner should contact me for a refund as this was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I came in with my husband and we had a 45 minute massage each. First we were told to wait for 5 minutes, 20 minutes later the therapist finally came into the room to give us our massage. The lady I had was texting whilst giving the massage she then left the room for 5 minutes without telling me where she was going. I wasn’t sure if the massage was over or what comes back in and half wipes oil of me I was still covered in oil!! But my husbands lady was a good massage therapist. Also they kept talking to each other in there own language. I felt extremely uncomfortable as I wasn’t sure if they were commenting on us or what. Also not covid safe staff were not wearing masks.

It was the wrost massage I have ever experience in my life got a 30 minutes relaxation that turned to be the most painfullest massage and actually did damage to my back will never recommend anyone to go there
