DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! We recently engaged this company to assist with importing from china. They were opportunistic in charging double rates because urgent services were needed. Staff were very rude over the phone, poor communication ensured we incurred extra charges from the port. Delivery to our suppliers warehouse was poorly handled , boxes were lose and an expensive and important item was not delivered and has never been recovered! They offered very little assistance in recovery and simply pass blame with aggression when requested to assist. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Go anywhere else.

My mate and I recently imported through this company. Pretty poor service and very expensive. I wish he had gone with another company. We would have saved heaps. Some of the goods were damaged also. Stay away from these monkeys if you value your business.

Avoid at all costs. I have NEVER met such rude staff and they call themselves customer service department when you finally get through after being on hold. It was a comedy of errors and after two phone calls I was left upset and shaking. The delivery driver was left waiting to collect the goods that they told me had been cleared and when I called up she shouted at me and hung up the phone! What a joke. They also never sent me an invoice for a lot of money so it couldn’t be cleared until paid and they told me it was sent to me on the 20th and I hadn’t even began contact with them til the 24th! Every time they got something wrong they would try and turn it round on me! So like I said there are a lot of customs clearance companies out there so just make sure you avoid this one.

Appalling service. Took advantage of me and charged me double of what it should have cost. Admin got things mixed up and no phone messages were answered when I needed assistance. Talking to the owner of this business is like talking to someone who just doesn't care about you or your import needs whatsoever. My only regret was choosing this whack job outfit at all . .

Very expensive & bad service. I imported goods from China, cost only about ( include shipping total cost $700) but port charge here in Australia they charge me extra $995 . I tried to contact them to explain me why ? No one will help . If I don't pay & collect me goods in time , there will extra fees I have to pay .....
