Very rude person over the phone . I am very new in Alice Springs instead of giving me time to think he seems like not interested in talking . When i was looking for my card to pay he disconnected my phone saying he is with another customer. NEVER AGAIN

I called at 3.20 to arrange flowers for my Mum and by 5.20 she had them on her kitchen table. Amazing service. And the flowers are BEAUTIFUL.

Yesterday I ordered some flowers for my friends birthday. I was so impressed with the excellent service over the phone and the very easy going attitude of the lady I dealt with. I had a residential address for my friend however as she was at work I gave some vague details that I knew of her large workplace and they were just like detectives in doing all the work and tracking her down to surprise her. She absolutely loves her flowers and it was worth every penny. Thanks phone-a-flower!

The most beautiful arrangement of native flowers I could ever have hoped for. Phone-a-flower made it easy to order the selection over the phone and they delivered it to my partner's workplace the very same afternoon. Now that I have come to Alice Springs and have seen the arrangement in person, I am incredibly happy with the quality and service of Phone-a-flower and would highly recommend them to anyone. Gordon & the Team at Phone-A-Flower were so friendly, helpful and efficient when I ordered flowers and chocolates for delivery in Alice Springs. I was calling from interstate and Gordon couldn't have been more patient and helpful whilst I made my many decisions. To top it all off the delivery was timely and the flowers were beautiful, which made my daughters day! The chocolates looked awesome and were an added bonus. I'm sure I'll hear just how delicious they were. Thanks Gordon & the team. You'll definitely hear from me again.

The flowers weren't exactly the same as the arrangement shown online and although they are a little pricey compared to other places, the arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were fresh and delivered on time.

Apparently no time was arranged. We called several time, advised the driver was on they way, still took a long time. Person on the phone was aggressive and unprofessional
