Fitness First Menai

One of the best gyms I've been to, great staff, excellent trainers, awesome group fitness instructors, a warm, family friendly enviroment, well maintained and naturally well lit. It makes working out a whole lot more enjoyable.

I was attacked verbally without provocation by other member of the gym that I have never seen before at Fitness First Menai and the management did absolutely NOTHING. I reported the incident to the police and still the management at the gym did nothing but hung up on me when I complained and blame me for reporting the incident! I am an old person who is trying to keep fit but for the gym I am disposable, a second class member!

The gym is okay mainly my 5 star review was for the personal trainer “Jai”. He honestly taught me so much throughout our session and my progress has fully changed me as a person both physically and mentally. 100% would recommend you book a session with him.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and members. Very clean and I love going, working out. However, they need a decline bench.

Worst customer service ever! Trying to cancel my membership since early March. Talked to Jason in person twice (I had to come on 2 different days!) who that time confirmed it would definitely be canceled within a week. Last week talked to Marcus who apologised and also said it would surely be canceled asap and all my overpaid membership fees will be refunded. I mentioned that I had changed my debit card and therefore gave him my new card details for the refund to be processed, however, I just found out that I was charged once again but from the new card. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. I would never ever go with Fitness First again just for the sake of not having difficulties to cancel my membership.

I found my personal trainer Jai to be extremely patient and focused. I have seen results in a matter of weeks thanks to his nutrition planning and workout schedule

Spacious, clean, plenty of equipment. Train during off peak hours, so not sure how busy it gets.

I've been training at fitness first Menai for 2 years, I've recently started training with Jai (PT). Jai is fantastic to work with, really receptive and has helped me actually achieve my goals. I'd highly recommend Jai to anyone looking to improve strength or lose weight.

If the old lady who’s the manager servicing you run.I asked where I could find an item in the gym and another time asked to refer a friend, gave me Bankstown attitude and took 10 minutes just to answer my question with her eyes rolling.
