Bedshed Beckenham

We were initially served by Pam who allowed us time to look around and try the different mattresses in the store. She didn't pressure us or rush us to buy any particular type of mattress which we greatly appreciated. She was very knowledgeable and friendly when we asked for help and she was very happy to answer all our questions. She gave us an amazing price for a mattress and base combo. We were told that we would be waiting for stock and especially during this time we totally understood why. We called a week later for an update on our order and Nadine was very helpful. After another week Dawn helped us organise the delivery of the items and Jared delivered the items on time and was very friendly and professional when he arrived. We are extremely happy with our purchase and everyone we interacted with at the Beckenham store were friendly and helpful.

Already not having a lit of confidence and might be cancelling my order.Purchased a mattress 4 years ago with ago with a 10 year warranty. Was told when I called them up to send an email to them and they will forward to their rep. Called a week later as there was no reply. And was told yep the rep has it. Still no rey so called them back today only to be told to call a completely different number for Sleepeezee. Now they are making me pay a $70 transport fee for someone to come out and inspect the mattress.I already have another mattress on order with them, and I'm already thinking I should cancel it due to this!!!Got told it would be in on Tuesday... as I live almost 3 hours from them... I thought I'd call to confirm as we want to pick up in Friday, and now been told next Monday possibly! Fantastic!!! We are moving Monday and needed the bed back prior to the removal issue coming!!! Not happy.

If you really have to buy a mattress from Bedshed, avoid this branch. Otherwise go for other brand. If only I saw the ratings and all the online reviews. The one time I didn't and I ended up with the bad one. Service was very rude and quite frankly they didn't care much. The owner refused to refund the balance despite their policy that says they're only allowed to keep 10% from the deposit. Calling the head office wasn't any good either becos the so-called HO manager was completely useless! I also later found out from a relative they also had a really bad experience from this Bedshed branch with the same issue. Good thing the mattress is good.

The best experience my partner and I have ever had purchasing mattresses and bed room furniture! The staff at Beckenham are so knowledgeable and create a great positive atmosphere for customers with their solid team work, approachability, patience and friendliness. This seems to be very well-driven by Glenn; the store manager who we dealt with and were extremely impressed with. Glenn does his absolute best to provide a great deal- rest assured that you will be well looked after at this store in terms of both price & product! After visiting multiple Bedsheds in Perth, this store is honestly the BEST. Thank you for looking after us and making us confident with our purchase without being pushy :) Harry & Amrit (:

Has beds. Seems to be getting new managers and staff, which looking at a few other comments is a good thing. Prices are comparable and service isn't bad. Could do with a spruce up.Edit - went in recently and bought another mattress. Staff were in uniform, attentive but not pestering and they seem to have made improvements on the inside. No complaints

We went looking for a mattress and were served by Glenn and Nadine. They were absolutely fantastic and knew exactly what they were taking about. Sales people at other stores had no idea in comparison. They were not pushy with budget and instead knew what mattress would work best. We got a good deal and we had a fantastic experience. We would recommend bedshed beckenham anyway.

I had 1x queen and 2x king singles with bed frames delivered.They are all amazing and the frames are build really well and look great.I’d recommend this bed shed to anyone as the service was great.

Great experience. Jarred helped us find the perfect mattress to suit my partner and I. As well as a bed frame. Great non pushy service, listens to what you want and need and has fantastic product knowledge. Great prices, quality and service. Would highly recommend.

Looking for a single bed mattress at good price it was on sale many other places are rip off or u can only pick up item 3 days a week
