The Pets Hotel

We have been boarding our 2 dogs and our sons dog for over 7 years at the Pets Hotel. When we pick up the dogs they are always happy and well cared for. All staff members are friendly and efficient, and have a genuine love for animals. The facilities and systems are of a high standard, and the location is very useful as a drop off on the way to the airport. We would not use any other kennels than the Pets Hotel and recommend them highly to all pet owners. Melinda

Dropped Boss off for a long weekend stay.Very clean establishment and the staff are very friendly, they are genuinely caring towards the fur babies coming in. You can see through to some exercise activities and a couple of the boarding rooms.A thorough the check-in process. Very knowledgeable staff.Easy to find, very easy to get to and plenty of parking available, off street and also roadside.They opened at 7am so it was super convenient to drop the dog off before heading off to work on the Friday morning.They are very accommodating with regards to treats, medication and the specific food requirements.

Our 4 month old girl spent a night here recently and had a great time. She was her usual happy, energetic self when we picked her up and the staff gave us a detailed breakdown of how she had been and her temperament. She was bathed and ready to go upon pickup. Would definitely use the pets hotel again.

My pup Daisy loves her time here. She has enjoyed both daycare and overnight stays. The staff are gentle and patient with her which I appreciate. And when I collect her she’s never stressed, just happy and tired. I’ve also boarded my cat here in the past and had a great experience.

Amazing service. Our dog came back one very happy customer compared to picking him up from other kennels. The extra play time option is great for our active dog. The staff were also extremely welcoming and lovely. We will definitely be back.

Took wonderful care of our french bulldog over Easter, and provided webcam on the app to watch them play in central bark is a nice addition. The initial trial night was free and gave us peace of mind knowing that he also got a feel for the place before having an extended stay, will definitely be coming back.

Thanks once again for looking after my big bouncing beagle boy Iolo. I love using the web cam to see him playing with all the other dogs and staff interacting with him. He always comes home smelling great from a bath and settles back home with lots of sleep from all the hard work he has had playing all day. Your reception is very busy but they are always lovely to meet and work with on settling him in and picking him up. Thank you.

Our cat spent Easter 2023 at The Pets Hotel. He was calm when I picked him up, not anxious at all. He was well fed and got a cuddle each day. Highly recommend for your family pet.

I had called to see if there was availability for my two dogs on our upcoming dates. The guy on the phone was lovely and friendly. He said yes, there is availability just get online and book. If you have any trouble just call us back. I was having trouble so I called back to have a rude girl answer the phone, she couldnt help me.Eventually I managed to get the application in . To receive an email shortly after saying they have no space. ???? Very upsetting.

I’d give zero stars if I could. My dog was injured at this establishment, the injury was days old before the staff noticed. When I questioned why the injury wasn’t picked up I was told and I quote “ we noticed it was a potential nick” well readers you be the judge, have a look at the photos, her entire ear is scabbed, crusty and damaged? It is in my opinion in this instance the pet hotels staff were neglect in their duty of care to my pet. They should of noticed the injury, I pay them to keep my pets safe, if an accident or injury occurs my expectation is the staff will not only advise me of the injury but also monitor it. Why else do you pay for pet boarding if not to keep your pets safe. This establishment didn’t clean or attend to my pets injury they didn’t even notice it until the day we picked them up! Quite frankly it’s a disgrace, it’s also incredibly upsetting to have them fob me off by telling me it was a potential nick! Seriously her whole ear has been chewed! It should of been picked up not ignored! Obviously I do not recommend you take your pet here. Very upsetting, please note I understand injury’s occur what I’m so upset about is no one, not one staff member was paying enough attention to notice my dog was injured. Why not! There would of been BLOOD how can you not see BLOOD!
