Had to wait over 25 minutes for 2 burritos (going through drive-thru). Had to wait in the carpark and it seemed like everyone else was too.The staff seemed nice enough but there was just no urgency or efficiency.

I used the drive through service. Access is from one side only but there is round abouts to aid in direction change if needed.Food was what to expect from taco bell, so not bad if im being honest. Beverage was nice and cold, food hot and extra sauce packs provided (read the packs).

Been here four times hoping my experience will be a good one but nope.The wait time is the worst and i’ve seen people order after me and get there food before me.The workers are so blunt and always shove my food to me with no good customer service.The chips are alwaysssss soggy and taste like they’ve been sitting there.Ordered a chipotle crunch burrito and they forgot to add the bits that make it crunchy two seperate times when i ordered.They put the smallest amount of meat and load it with sauce which makes the food yuck and sickening.The restaurant is ferral. The tables are always dirty and never cleared. The floors have drinks and theyre very sticky.I travel 30 mins for this. I’m making sure that people don’t come here and waste their money to get disappointed!

This store always seems to be run by kids.More often than not the order is slightly off.There can be huge wait times.However, how can you pass up the greasy goodness of Taco Bell.

The first time I've been inside a Taco Bell. The food tasted fresh, was served promptly and pricing seemed reasonable.The menu was confusing. This was not helped by the staff member who served me. They spoke very quickly despite me indicating that I was unable to hear them. Each time they repeated themselves they spoke faster and with even less volume.Perhaps some staff training is in order.The background level of sound was relatively high despite only five patrons being in the restaurant.Music level was pretty uncomfortable near the counter, but seemed lower at our table.The restaurant was clean, parking accessible. The toilet facilities had wheelchair access signage, but I'm not sure if a wheelchair would actually fit.

Its a shame the owners pay no attention to their reviews. Staff are under trained and under staffed. Wait times are horrendous, quantity of food is terrible for the price, was just warm even though waited for 40 minutes in a drive through.

Pretty good, had the crunch wrap supreme as a meal came with regular hot chips as tortilla chips were out had the nacho cheese sauce. I did enjoy the food, the wait with drive through was 30min but I can understand that all staff are still all new

My partner & I have been here a few times & it’s always been really good (better than Midland anyway.) We went today & were met with a very rude girl (receipt says her name was Jessica?) who seemed annoyed we spent a couple minutes deciding what we wanted. After ordering I asked for a straw for my partners drinks as only I had one, but that seemed like a big inconvenience as she was already running away to the kitchen to chat to her friends & instead of just handing it to me placed it on the counter & ran off. Food was quick to come out (you’d hope so as there was no one else there) & food was fine but service was quite terrible. From someone who works in retail, this is no way to treat customers.
