I’ve been attending Move for a couple years now and Alex and her team are always so accommodating and welcoming! They have a range of different classes to suit all bodies and modify the exercises to cater for all your injuries. Couldn’t recommend more!

The space here is beautiful, clean, full of natural light and very welcoming. All instructors are friendly and accommodating to any body shape, size and ability. If you are ever in the area with a spare 50minutes and want to move your body for the better, this is the place to do it.

I have signed up several times in the past (changing my email) and the MOVE app has changed and has been modified to suit clients over the past few years… Therefore this was a little confusing in the beginning (when I signed up again) for me.
