Butler Imaging

Had an appointment today and Ankita looked after me, she was lovely, great hospitality and knowledgeable. Answered my questions in the best way she could, made sure I felt comfortable changing into my gown and kept constant communication with me while doing my ultrasound. She explained what she was doing so I could have a better understanding and after the doctor did my biopsy she made sure I was okay before just letting me go. Thank you

I've been to this practice for my pregnancy scans and each time has been very pleasant. I didn't get the last womans name that did my scan but she was very lovely and made me feel comfortable.Julie did my scan today and not only was she kind but she was funny! At the end of the scan she had a good picture of baby and wrote 'Hi family' so I could take a picture and send it to them. I thought that was awesome.She made my daughter and I feel very comfortable and at the end gave her high fives which my daughter loves. In fact, my daughter didn't want to leave!Highly recommend

My first time going here and it was amazing! I had the pleasure of having Ankita, she was wonderful. Made me feel extremely comfortable, spoke to me throughout the whole procedure and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. Very Clean and professional. 100% would recommend her.

I was referred here for the first time today for sacroiliac joint cortisone injection. I have arthritis in the sacroiliac joints and hip bursitis. I usually go to PRC however after the dreadful experience I had at PRC with my hip injection I felt quite nervous as I get anxious now with needles. I have to say the girls on reception were very friendly. Mel the nurse who took me in to prepare me for the scan and injection was very friendly and informative and the Dr who gave me the injection the same. I found the whole experience to be very personal, thorough, not rushed, well explained and very caring. I didn't feel like I was a medicare patient piece of meat on a conveyer belt. Well done to your surgery for showing such professionalism and relaxing atmosphere.

I have been here a few times for x rays and a shoulder ultrasound. This morning due to results on the shoulder I had to have an injection via ultrasound. The whole experience from the reception desk to the nurse and doctor who did the procedure was fantastic. It was very professional and I was made at ease prior to it. Thank you for today, I would recommend this practice if you have requests from your doctor for any imaging servicesSue

Would highly recommend this place! Received two ultrasounds, one from Julie and the other from Ankita. Couldn't have felt more safe and welcomed from both of them. They provided lovely service and made my experience very pleasant.

I had two cortisone injections at Butler Imaging recently and I was super anxious. The doctor and nurse administering the MRI and injection put me at ease and I hardly felt the injection at all. I highly recommend their clinic ☺️

Was a really great experience in comparison to previous scans elsewhere.Julie was personable, professional, informative and had a great sense of humour.She talked me through the process without making me feel nervous or like she had somewhere better to be.I felt like I was genuinely cared about and will definitely be recommending this clinic to friends and family.
