While still a decent place to stay, the rooms and venue itself are looking a little tired and in need of some attention.However, special mention to Josh at the front desk. Fixed up an issue with our original room and sorted it out in a very professional and efficient manner.

Good check in process and accommodation. Facilities are seems good but we didn’t use any.The cleanliness could improve, we found a hairball in the bathroom which ruined our experience.

Well located in the centre of town, I thought this place was good value for money.I like to get out and about to eat so I did not try the restaurant for Brea or dinner.The rooms are an older style but well fitted and very clean.All of the staff that I had contact with were friendly and welcoming.Overall a good stay and somewhere I would revisit.

The room and bed clean and comfy for an older type motel. But Accor wrongly stated breakfast included. But unlike the Accor we stayed at Goulburn this place allowed us a small $12 rebate and charged after that. Not what I expected from Accor and certainly wasn't advertised clearly. However I complained because on the second morning we ordered Pancakes which arrived cold and was like chewing rubber. So I did receive a refund but I felt that the staff be aware that the standard of food leaving the kitchen should be checked first.

The hotel and room were very comfortable, with a good bar and off-street parking. The restaurant only offers breakfast, but there is an awesome Italian restaurant directly across the road. Make sure you have a physical credit card though.

We have stayed at a lot of mantra’s, this was absolutely the worst by far not much better than the old formula 1 hotels, customer service was terrible if even existent would NOT recommend staying here there are plenty of better options for the same if not better pricingHot water didn’t work when we arrived and the “maintenance” guy looked like he was high as a kite on some sort of drugsThe Rooms were outdated and dirty our Friends Booked and paid the same room as we did and the room was basically a jail cellThe only good thing about this place is the Italian restaurant across the roadOverall appalling

Little bit shabby for a Mantra but still a nice room. Good location close to pubs, restaurants and cafes. Off street free parking, easy check in.
