Terrible, terrible experience. Tracey was the conveyancer when we sold our house. Without our knowledge or consent, she gave written approval to the buyer to use our house while we still owned it. It made things extremely awkward as we still used our house and people came in one day! When I approached Tracey about this, she basically NEVER responded to us again. This is pretty bad!

Never thought selling a house could be so stress free, Tracey and Caroline and the team were so dedicated, Enormous amount of patience, always willing to listen and advise the next step of the process. They are also always open to changes, giving ideas and advice onto your next house. Without them, we would not have bought another house so quickly and without any hiccups.Almost immediately when we needed someone to read over the contract, they are usually able to advise the next day, and was able to provide comprehensive advice on what to look out for.Compare to our experience with our last conveyancer, this is by far the best in the area.Would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking to buy or sell their property, buying and selling is already stressful, having a team of professional behind you is a no Brainer.Thanks guys!
