Ordered a Deep Clean the day before I needed it done, and Simply Maid was incredibly efficient and helpful. They communicated easily with me when there were issues with my order and their prices and explanations were reasonable and good value. Two cleaners came to my home perfectly on time and I barely recognised the place when they were finished. They communicated with me well, and went above and beyond my expectations. I will certainly be using them again!

They use fake reviews that's for sure. I made a booking and everything was confirmed. The next day they asked me if i wanted their extra services which i declined. one hour later they canceled my booking simply because i was not interested in their extras. Very greedy and unprofessional; they did all this by text message. Despicable staff and service.

Barbara and Matteo did an amazing job! They were so professional, friendly and efficient. It was great to not have clean the house after just moving out. Well worth it! I am confident we will get our bond back.
