Outback Motor Inn Nyngan

This motel was just what I needed after a days driving and looking into the westerly setting sun. The room was large, clean and on the bottom floor. It was also located next to the main east west train line and about 0330 am a train passed through our room...or that's what it seemed like. The motel was also located close to the RSL Club which served a great meal. Check in and out was seamless and very efficient. I would stay at this motel again.

Terrible place to stay. The owner assaulted my co-worker for leaving his room a few minutes late......

Staff were extremely helpful (and generous) with my last minute check-in. It was much appreciated. Great size room, very clean, good location.

Thankful to receive a welcoming reception and kind generous assistance at 12.30am. Room and bathroom were clean and bed was very comfortable. Cost for overnight stay was excellent value. Recommended by policemen who were on their watch for the night. From a very grateful traveller.

Great accommodation. The rooms are warm, clean and tidy and very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to places to eat and the Nyngan town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend.

I had to make a emergency family trip, to Nyngan. The staff were very good in dealing with my wife over the phone, and everything was ready for us we arrived. The staff were very patient whilst we tried to pay for the accomadation. The room was well appointed and very clean. I was concerned about being on the main road, but needn't have been the room was very quiet, and the airconditioner worked a treat. It is walking distance to the club and town ammenities. I would reccommend staying here.

Comfortable and clean it was a very welcoming place to stay after a long day on the road. I hadnt pre booked but as the driving conditions worsened due to heavy rain I rang and secured a room and was invited to inspect it first. It was located away from the road. I had an excellent night's sleep.

You would be very silly/neive to expect a hotel located in Nyngan to be comparable to the Hilton. However, the Outback Motel, as far as I am concerned, is wonderful. I have stayed here a couple of times now and each time I have enjoyed my stay. The owners welcome you with open arms and have a terrific sense of humour. They are caring and try very hard to ensure your stay is comfortable. I have an assistance dog and, unlike many of their metropolitan counterparts in Sydney and Melbourne, they have never even batted an eyelid about him. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for your stay. As long as you are sensible in your expectations, you will not regret staying here. I certainly will be back.

With deep appreciation to Wen and Kim for their outstanding hospitality this week - accommodating me at very short notice. Sparkling clean room, brilliant air conditioning, microwave was an absolute bonus and a very satisfactory bathroom. A far cry from the incredibly disappointing customer service experience I was subjected to by another hotel at the town limits on Sunday. Thank you again, Wen and Kim!

Very basic but room was clean. We were on the highway but the noise didn't bother our family of 4. Had to ask for wifi info. No info in room. No toaster unless requested. Pool was not the cleanest. Lots of bugs in it.
