JayJay is great - I’ve ordered big number balloons from him for both my 21st and 25th birthdays. Haven’t been disappointed!

I rang an absolute mess...my friends son has been transferred to the children's palliative care hospice (Bear Cottage) to begin his journey after battling cancer...he turned 7 last week...to say I was a mess was an UNDERSTATEMENT. When I rang I explained I wanted 3 lots of balloons (1 for each of my friends children to just bring a bit of childhood back to them) and that unfortunately time was not on our side...but other than that I was hopeless and lost in heartbreak. I need not have said more anyway...it was immediately understood what I could not bring myself to say and I was promised the balloons would be delivered to the kids first thing tomorrow morning...I sobbed uncontrollably as I was told the balloons would be discounted and that the most beautiful and bright balloons that could be managed would be arranged for them. Shortly after hanging up the phone I received a text stating the balloons had been delivered for free (outside of business hours) as it was clear time was of the essence. I honestly cannot thank u enough...if I weren't 7 hours away I would drive to ur shop and hug each and every one of u. I'm not religious but bless every single one of u ❤❤❤

These guys do an amazing job! We ordered 2 sets of balloons for our son’s 1st b’day. The theme was the very hungry caterpillar and although we didn’t spend a huge amount, they still went above and beyond to meet the theme. The result was a 1 bouquet with a silver 1 balloon surrounded by coloured balloons and a small hungry caterpillar balloon at the base. It was perfect! Thank you again JJ! Cheers, Leslie

Excellent customer service! Delivered to our door with no extra charge. We then had a balloon go down in the bunch before the party and I rang to ask if it could be replaced and within 3 hours they had delivered an entire new bunch! Couldn’t be happier with the balloons for my sons first birthday ❤️ Will use again and highly recommend
