New phone = screen protection! I had a lovely man serve me and recommended products for my phone. He gave his honest opinion and why! Oh and he also applied the new screen protector to my phone, VERY HAPPY. Highly recommend these guys over the others in the centre.

I have visited this store many times and always left with a problem, I am sick of this horrible service and still having to pay even though the problem is with the screens they have been using. The service from everyone apart from the manager Chloe was wonderful.

I have been sold the liquid Nano screen protector for my iPhone. Whilst the cash back warranty of $250 is fantastic, unfortunately EFM/Asfalis who own the product, do not accompany the best system for iPhone users when claiming cash back. I have spoken to Rachael/Rachel (not sure on correct spelling) from Happytel and have been delighted in the customer service and patience provided by her. I would recommend this place for customer service but not the product I have bought (if you are an iPhone user).

I've had a few screen repairs. They're more professional than any other repair shop. If you are always refused to fix it elsewhere, you can fix it here. I dropped my phone in the toilet and I thought it was no longer working, and other repair shops refused to fix it. However, I fixed it here in just a few hours and all my data was still there. Awesome!

I cannot speak highly enough of David Stella, they were straight onto my request. I had a been run around by other repair places however when I came in they had my issue fixed within 5 minutes. If I ever have another issue with my iPhone 6 I will be straight there. Thank you David and Stella again for your top service and honesty!

Horrible service and the person is very very rude guy.While purchasing he speaks very friendly...and if we go with warranty and If need any service, immediately he will say stock is not available and we can't guarantee when will get it. Pls, don't go there.

I went to all the phone repair places in both Toowong and indro to gather prices.Whilst Happytel didn't have the cheapest price out of all the places i visited to get a screen repair. They byfar had the best staff who were friendly and supportive in everything I asked.To me, customer service is better than price. I would recommend them if you agree with me on this too.
