So rude. Made multiple attempts to make contact with Nikita - all of which were ignored. Even if she was too busy to take on another client at that time, a courtesy text or email in reply is expected from a professional. Or if away, at least change automatic reply email or voice message to alert potential clients. Opportunity lost for referral work.

I booked Nikita to take photos for my new website. From our initial conversation her enthusiasm and passion was evident. Our shoot day was absolutely fabulous. Nikita’s vibrant and warm personality most definitely put me at ease. Her attention to detail, and effort, to get exactly what we discussed was truly wonderful.
