Well, after a few hours of looking at replacement outboards for our boat, Kim showed us the many options available. Very professional and was willing to accommodate our needs. After a long conversation and recommendations, we decided to go with a new Outboard that suits our Boat. Needed help due to urgency and being time poor. Firstly tried to convince me I needed a new motor, when it was a minor carby issue. When I got the motor back it failed. After I looked at it myself found that gasket was fitted backwards and blocking idle circuit. Not sure that customer service and repeat business is a high priority.
