Eva and Frankie - Hair Salon

I had a very bad experience,they just destroyed my hair ,I went there for hair highlights and they destroyed my hair with sliver blonde,my hair was looking like a grandma hair,and even on the next day I had flight , going to my country to meet my family I can't explain my situation . whenever you go there for booking they will treat you very good but on the day when you have an appointment they will treat you very bad .very disappointed ,I will never go there again .

Been here twice now and Renee is one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever been to.She’s super lovely, down to earth and really cares about what you want.I went in initially to get my hair done up for a wedding and I spoke about different hair colours I wanted to do in the future and she seemed excited to want to give it a go and help me create that look.Which she did and I’ve absolutely loved!Cannot recommend Renee enough :)

I had such a great experience at Frankie & Eva. A very professional, yet undeniably and accommodating team who asked me questions about my hair before prior to the start of my appointment . My favourite salon at Robina Town Centre. Efficient, friendly, and pricing is affordable. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

I went in today for a consultation and the two women at the front desk had 0 customer service skills . They made me feel like a nuisance for asking a question about pricing and then quoted me $470 for a service that is half the price on the board behind them. The ladies seemed beyond uninterested and extremely judgemental and there is no way I will be recommending this salon to anyone if this is the type of service to be expected.

I booked in to get Hollywood waves for my engagement photoshoot, I called the salon prior to ensure that they do this type of hairstyle.During the process, I noticed that the curls were not hollywood waves, I raised my concern to the person doing my hair and he said that it’s a different way to do it (the easier and quicker way).He curled my hair normal using a wand and straighter, I am not a hair stylist but I did my research and you need to use pins to set the waves.The curls did not last for my photoshoot unfortunately, as you can see the image I attached below.I am very disappointed as I made it very clear that it was for an important event (my engagement photoshoot) and the hair stylist said that it will last but it did not last and it was not the curls I was wanting.If you cannot do a specific type of curls a customer is asking, please do not take their booking, especially if it’s for a very important event.I’m very disappointed, my hair looks really bad in the photos, I would not recommend this business.I would like a refund as I did not get what I paid for.

I have been coming to Eva and Frankie for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. The lovely Ursula and the team are amazing... Shout out to the lovely Taryn at the front desk who always accommodates my requests for my appointments *****

Always happy with my hair cut from Eva and Frankie. Daniel was amazing, he knew exactly what I wanted and delivered. Very gentle and great shampoo and massage. I highly recommend Daniel.

I have been going to this salon for 10 years and wouldn’t go elsewhere. Always extremely happy with my colour and cut and the friendly and professional atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone :)
