With a bad case of sciatica I was able to get a last minute appointment with the lovely Jas. She was so patient, thorough and able to provide instant relief as well as a treatment plan. She even took time to check up on me the day after. This is why I go there, always the most professional, outstanding service every time. Thanks Jas and team

I first saw James at Lambton Physio a few months ago for a hip/leg problem that had caused me pain for years and was getting worse. I honestly didn't have much faith in physios beforehand but am SOOOO glad I went and saw him. I have seen James a few times since when I've needed to (with zero pressure from him or the practice to book followups) and won't hesitate to go again if I have any future issues. Practice is excellent ... great service plus easy to book online too. I would recommend anyone needing a physio to go see James... an easy 5 stars!!! Such a chilled, professional and effective physio and just a lovely human in general. 5 stars to the practice too.

Great physio! My daughter had a badly sprained ankle and we could't be happier with the care we received here. Bec was fantastic, had my daughter off crutches quicker than expected, strength exercises for home and text follow ups - they go the extra mile. Highly recommend.

I came to see Will with a dislocated jaw. I was in pain, and due to so much stress I was going through, Will became my psychologist as much he was my physiotherapist - 2 in 1 - that is for sure. :)Will is the most patience guy I have met. He listens carefully to what his patient says. He speaks highly about his family, his little guy and his wonderful wife (which brings tears to my eye) and literally loves what he does.I highly recommend the professional he is and the work he does! It is worth each penny :).Keep up with the AMAZING job, Will!

Lambton Physio is amazing. I attend weekly Pilates with Lauren to maintain good wellbeing and proactively mitigate injury from my usual activities. When I do get injured, the team are already on top of my body issues and can help me to faster recovery. Then there's massage with Emma who is amazing for keeping the body in shape after hours at the desk. Cannot recommend the team at Lambton Physio enough! Always helpful, always cheerful AND always there to make sure I keep my body working in tip top condition!

I have been seeing Lauren as my physio for two months since injuring myself at work. She is welcoming and takes the time to develop a rapport with you. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in a way that it is easy for you to understand. She is encouraging and makes progress on the recovery journey achievable.
