The staff at Trotter shoes were excellent. I took my elderly mum to the shop after the business was recommended by her podiatrist and cannot recommend them highly enough. Shari was so attentive and helpful with her recommendations without being pushy, with great customer service skills and empathy. Good selection of shoes and an absolute joy to deal with this long established business.

The ladies were fantastic for us today. We spoke to the them on the phone first to check sizes (for children's shoes), and then headed on in.We had been searching for a particular size (and some preferred brands) for weeks with no luck - online, and in all the stores at the bigger shopping centres. We were rapt to buy the perfect pair today, and the bonus was that they were discounted to exactly what we'd hoped to spend, budget-wise.Loved hearing a little about the family-run store's history. I'm nearing 50, and this shoe shop began when I was a newborn - by the current owner's mother.Keep these types of stores running - we're happy to give our money to lovely people that are also keeping small business alive.Details: Big range, clean store, excellent prices, helpful friendly staff. May go back for the shoes I saw that I liked for myself.Thanks Ladies, her feet look great now. :)
