My partner was with them for around 3 years and they never did anything to get him a job until the end of 2016. The only reason im even giving them 2 stars is because they eventually recommended him to someone and now hes been working for 3 months.

These places don't provide a service to those who need it. Their primary function is to make a profit off of welfare recipients. They don't meet any mutual obligations to their clients, they don't find jobs for anyone or put them into any relevant training and the only thing they really provide is clothes for an interview and maybe a few bus tickets. The government pays them thousands for this.
