Vines at Limberlost
Limberlost is a beautiful nursery in the Cairns suburb of Freshwater. 'Vines' Cafe is located amongst it's lush gardens. You can dine inside or sit outside and enjoy all the beautiful greenery. The menu is full of fresh healthy options and if you're wanting something sweet there are many delicious cakes on display. A nice place to catch up with friends.

Very nice coffee and ham, cheese and tomato toasted sandwich. Not outstanding but very goodNice server.Beautiful spot to have a feed.

Vines at Limberlost
Our fortnightly Friday morning coffee group have a lunch, including our partners, several times a year. On Friday 31st March the lunch was held at Limberlost. There were 30 of us in total. The food was excellent and so was the service. Add to that the beautiful surroundings to make it an even more memorable event. Highly recommended.

Great cafe, with a good choice of foods, overlooking the nursery. Don't leave without wandering through the beautiful plants and garden ornaments. Definitely worth a visit and best to book as they get very busy.

Wonderful nursery full of many varieties of plants,gardening items,ideas on how to utilise space & wonderful for gifts & gift ideas..Lovely cafe with friendly staff! I'm lactose intolerant & I had an amazingly wonderful staff member who went over & above to accommodate (unfortunately I didn't get her name, but a big Thanks!!) I didn't end up feeling sick post morning tea as a result of her!

Update: Vines cafe is open again, but you must make a booking. They have their usual drinks and cakes, but main menu is significantly reduced. No seating inside in the air con, only outside to observe social distancing. Coffee and cake was delicious and, as always, the atmosphere was relaxing.Excellent food, great value and service. Had thai beef salad and friends ordered the crispy skin salmon. Prices were reasonable - $20 for thai beef salad and $24 for the salmon. The food was fresh, high quality and well cooked. Also very generous portion sizes. Other dishes looked amazing too like the pork belly, steak sandwich and salt and pepper squid. We sat outside under the vines and it was just a beautiful, relaxing afternoon. Great range of cakes too and delicious coffee. I will definitely be coming back!

Everything at the restaurant was delicious! Lovely atmosphere, both in the restaurant and the general nursery. One day when we visited they had live flute music - absolutely charming!

Vines at Limberlost
It's a lovely cafe, lots of seating, some inside, on the balcony and outside in the garden. They have a lovely little gift shop inside too, and then after u can walk around the gardens and buy plants or garden ornaments.The food is so tasty and fresh. Very popular spot to enjoy by yourself, or with friends.
