I have trained with Bill for 8 years and highly recommend him as a coach. Bill & Kim have created a friendly & relaxed atmosphere where everyone fits in, no-one feels out of place. It make training less of a chore and more fun.

Mana Strength and Conditioning
The best gym, I have learnt so much here and everyone is friendly. Bill coaches people of all different fitness abilities and has had many years experience as a coach. Kim also organises fun events and activities and this gives our gym a good sense of community and there is also yoga too. I went from doing repetitive machines at my old gyms by myself to learning barbell techniques, rope climb and many other things I would never even think I could do before joining MSC. There is also a kids area which is awesome. The fast 30 classes are good if you want a workout that is short and sweet.
