Buyer beware. There are no obvious energy savings - my electricity bills are still relatively the same. The heating is good and works well linked to a hydronic underfloor system however the air conditioning feature has not worked properly since installation. With hindsight we should have gone with traditional split system air conditioning. The overall service offered has been poor.

Great product & service. Our install was tricky but the machine actually makes our house look better (was fitted to side of our house)!! Pool heated up quickly, glad that we upgraded models (Madimack Elite). Not too many buttons to be confusing but enough to be impressive. All round good experience so far. Highly recommend Dean @Paladin Services too.

Recently purchased my second MADIMACK heat pump. I couldn't be happier with the performance. I did have some challenges in connecting the heat pump to my mobile via WI-FI. The at Madimack team spent two days off and on assisting me. However, when my young daughter arrived home it took her less than 5 minutes to complete the connection. Both my home HP 17kW and the holiday house HP 14kW combined with new solar PV on the roof have been outstanding investments in fun for my family. BTW my last electricity bill after 3 months of HP running was $146

I just wanted to touch base to express how happy we are with the new pool heat pump that was installed. It is so bloody quiet! It is so easy to use, especially with the wifi app. Have used the pool heater twice already and absolutely love it. Ours kids will learn to swim in no time at all now!Thank you

Honestly, winter sucks! But since getting the madimack pool heat pump it sucks a little less. Great service from the sales team and the pool heat pump not only has a very competitive pricing but it is good quality. The warranty is fantastic so that I can be sure I don't have to worry about any repairs for the next couple of years. Had no issues at all with it so far. Just runs and runs and runs. Unless I don't want it to. Then it doesn't run. :)

David from Affordable Solar installed a Elite V3 27 KW heat pump to my 60 k l pool. The install was very nice and tidy. In the middle of the winter the heat pump is performing excellent raising the temperature by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius every day. Once you reach your desired temperature it is maintained very easy with the help of thermal blankets. The Medimak heat pump is very quiet , is WIFI enabled, easy to use and good looking. It is an efficient appliance. For a 27 KW unit it consumes 5.5 KW / hour when running at 100 %. After you reach the temperature desired it will check the temperature once every hour and start the compressor if required. Very happy with the Medimack elite V3 and David`s install from Affordable Solar.

We bought a Madimack pool heat pump for our home a few months ago and I've got to say I'm surprised by what a great decision it turned out to be. Not only is our pool nice and warm even now during the winter, but it has also barely increased our electricity bill. My wife and I were sceptical about how much this would cost us in terms of electricity, but we've been proven wrong. Moreover, the installation was quick and hassle-free, and we're very satisfied with the quality of service we received!

Early days, only fitted a few days ago, but the 13Kw Summer Eco seems to be a well made heat pump and is performing well. I am pleased with my purchase.Only one criticism which is offered constructively is that the instructions booklet is not easy to follow for someone who is new to heat pump technology and could be improved to offer more help and instructions to allow new users to become familiar with their heat pump quickly.
