I'm a regular customer of Raphael's precooked meals that get delivered to my door and the menu is created to suit the diet plan I've made with his wife Melissa (Noosa Studio). The amazing thing with the ready meals is not only that they are delicious, healthy, fresh and adapted for my personal dietary needs at the time, but they are also cheaper than the basic meal out. So it's actually cheaper for me to buy meals especially planned for me and get them delivered to my door then to go out for a standard low-priced meal. Raphael is also very kind and helpful.I first learned of Raphael and Melissa through a professional I saw to start trying to untangle the yarn ball of food sensitivities that is my gut. I haven't looked back since I had my first chat with Melissa.I've worked with Melissa as my dietitian for months (still am) to try and heal a very sensitive digestive system. Not only is she very knowledgeable, encouraging and patient, she's also highly flexible and full of ideas to help adjust your dietary needs to your life situation, as well as very engaged and caring. She's also a professional fitness coach that can offer advise around fitness to go with your diet plan and vice versa.If you want to you can get a whole package deal with Raphael and Melissa or pick one or two services that suits your current need. It's truly amazing what these people do and how much they know and care! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I called Noosa Personal Chef whilst we were away in Tasmania to order a week’s worth of lunches and dinners for when we came home. We just didn’t have the time to go through the meal choices so all we asked was that the meals be Asian inspired and flavours like lime, ginger, curry. Raphael delivered the meals at the time he told us he would, and it was just fabulous in an overloaded week to have very tasty and nourishing meals already to eat, with the choices totally meeting our expectations. We will definitely use this service again when the ability to shop and prep is just too much. Reading other reviews, I am looking forward to trying the in-house chef experience too.

We cannot praise enough the quality of the food and service. Spectacular, delicious and of the highest quality our Brazilian BBQ was the ultimate feast. Cannot recommend this team highly enough. We would give six stars.

Huge thanks to Mel and Raphael for making our celebration such a special evening. The food was exceptional - fresh flavours, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Communication throughout was first class. Mel continuously made sure that’s we were happy with all our choices. Also, we were able to feel like a guest at our own dinner party - sitting back and enjoying the evening. A full clean up of our kitchen was thoroughly done also! Above all, Mel and Raphael are warm and delightful to have in your home . We look forward to you coming again for our next celebration. A five star recommendation !

My husband and I hired Noosa Personal Chef to cater for our large family this past Christmas and we could not have been more impressed - Every single dish was incredibly delicious and all the portions were more than generous!We even had a few specific dietary requirements that they catered for with no issues or compromises on flavour. No restaurant could have done a better job - the food was incredible!Every single person in our family could not stop raving about how delicious the food was (and my family is very picky with food!) and we also all loved eating the left overs over the next day or so :)Melissa and Raphael were both fantastic to deal with and extremely professional. All the food was prepared in easy to re-heat containers with detailed instructions on how to store and heat the food, making the entire process very smooth and easy :)Christmas can be a very stressful time of year to organise so knowing that I had all the food for the day sorted and that it would be delicious was a huge weight off my shoulders.I cannot recommend Noosa Chef high enough!!
