Jaycorp renovations

Jacob and the Jaycorp team were meticulous with their work, well priced and everything thus far has come out better then I had imagined. It first started with waterproofing alone and his part throughout the renovation has grown to custom bathroom features, as a result from his professional work, ability to work with other contractors and innovative ideas which has helped take our build to another level without breaking the budget. Jacob had shown me options that I hadn’t considered earlier which would have structured the renovations better and to streamline the build. I would most definitely recommend him to others and would get him in earlier than you first think because he will become more of an asset than you first think. I will be using him again with any other renovations or new builds and he will be in at day 1.

Jacob renovated the inside of our house, removed a double brick supporting wall separating kitchen, dining and living room and did the complete fix of all walls, ceilings and floors. We had a great experience dealing with Jacob and his team. They where punctual, polite, professional, affordable and extremely clean.Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Jacob highly enough! Great communication throughout the job and the end result transformed our living room/dining area. Floors and finishing look terrific. Quality products and fine attention to detail really impressed us and he stands out from other tradesmen we've experienced. We got a number of quotes to have our rental property in Sydneys ensuite redone, but Jacob's customer service was above and beyond, that we went with him. From the 1st phone call all the way through to the completion of the job, he kept in regular contact and informed us of everything that was occurring, as we resided a few hours away. He also worked in with our tenants who also spoke very highly of him and his staff and stated that they were very clean and polite and also kept them informed of the process.We could not fault Jacob and his staffs work. It was beyond our expectations and the little extra finishing touches he made have made the ensuite look fantastic.We will be getting Jacob to renovate the main bathroom of our rental property in the near future and wish we lived in Sydney ourselves as we would have gotten him to do our own property as well.We will definately be recommending Jacob to our friends and family. It started with a leaking shower and I got Jacob to renovate and modernise the bathroom. I was so impressed by his work Jacob stayed on to renovate the ensuite, powder room, laundry. It then ended up as a whole house renovation. Including floating timber flooring, carpet, a new kitchen and painting.He has innovative ideas and extremely professional and dedicated. I would not hesitate to recommend Jacob and Jaycorp Renovations.

SO IN LOVE WITH MY BATHROOM RENOVATION. Jaycob done a fabulous job with the layout changes he was very accommodating and was able to include everything I wanted in the remodel. He went above and beyond with all of my requests. All the trades were lovely and all had excellent workmanship always keep a clean work environment and made sure everything was clean at the end of the day. Jaycob always had good communication and kept me well informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Jaycorp and will be using them again in the future for any other renovation.

Jacob & his staff did a fantastic job with redoing our two bathrooms. They were very professional and their work was of a very high standard & quality. They were also very tidy and obliging. They let us know before they came. We are really pleased with our new bathrooms and would highly recommend.

This was the third time that we’ve asked Jacob to renovate our home. And like the last two, the final outcome is fantastic!It was a very challenging project, due to record rainfalls, COVID lockdowns, structural repairs and the shortage of tradies. But Jacob worked long and hard to overcome every issue in turn. He never wavered in his commitment to ensure that we are totally satisfied and that every aspect meets his own exacting standards.It wasn’t a cheap project, but it has transformed an ugly and unusable courtyard into a stunning and functional architectural feature.
