When we rang Aaron (his name and number was on the gate) we were informed there was only one townhouse left on their new build at 11 Appel St. We rang Elyse the next morning and scheduled an appointment that afternoon.We were very impressed with the quality of scheduled finishes and inclusions and signed up immediately.We were pleasantly suprised with the constant contact, updates and most of all the finished product. My husband who is an ex-builder was so impressed with the detailed building plans and has stated they are the best he has ever seen in regards to detail, layout and understanding of the plans.The emails from Elyse were very informative and reputable in regards to timelines and completion. The build is amazing and their designs are very modern, fresh, plenty of clean lines and user friendly.We are so happy with our new home and would highly recommend Highlife and their team 100%.

We have just moved into our new home built by Highlife Homes. After having built 4 new homes we can unequivocally say that this home has been built to a very high standard in regards to craftsmanship and design. Such high quality finishes . Aron and the team has thought of everything. Never met such polite and hard working builders. Whenever we needed anything Aron was always there to help. We would recommend this company to anyone!! We purchased our first home from highlife homes buying off the plan in 2021 with completion in 2022. Purchasing off the plan is daunting as you’re not sure what the end result will look like. You see these glamours design images of what the house will look like but most of the time it never looks as good as the images provided, however I can assure you highlife home builds look just as amazing, if not better than the plans once completed. I am very glad we took the risk of buying off the plan as we couldn’t be happier with the end result. The house is beautiful, amazing quality with good finishes and great products chosen. So homey, yet modern and stylish. We love the heating and cooling systems and the intercom with camera. It really is a luxury little home.Communication with the team at highlife was great. Elyse was lovely to deal with. She was great with us as first home buyers as we had a lot of questions and she did really help to guide us and explain how the whole process worked. She made everything easy! We still can’t believe this is our home for our family. We absolutely love it and would highly recommend highlife homes to anyone.Thanks again team for our new house! We are neighbours to a Highlife Homes construction site. The staff have been nothing short of hardworking, respectful, friendly and polite, especially to our young children. They have erected a new boundary fence at their cost, and consulted us the entire time. We were extremely daunted by the scale of this construction next to us (a multiplex in place of a single dwelling), and while the construction noise has been constant, the team have stayed true to their word and have worked with us and been respectful and friendly. They have never worked outside of hours and even cleaned our pool and backyard due to high winds sending debris over. Thanks for our new fence and we hope we end up with nice neighbours!
