Sleepy's Ipswich

My experience with Sleepy's Ipswich (two stores, West Ipswich and Booval) has been nothing short of exceptional and spans a few years now. This is because the Manager, Ashley, is incredibly good at her job from product knowledge to customer service and beyond. Ashley thinks outside the box and on two occasions has come up with innovative solutions to my particular needs. In this she has been assisted by Terry who delivers and installs. It is very clear to me that Ashley provides the kind of leadership that inspires her team and I would think makes it possible for them to be proud of the store team and the organisation. I wouldn't go elsewhere for a bed and I highly recommend Sleepy's Ipswich.

The selection for my new mattress was very easy. The sales assistant was knowledge and extremely helpful. The mattress practically had my name on it before I walked into the store. The added bonus was the delivery of the new and removal of the old mattress. Thanks Sleepy job well done!

Good experience while looking for a mattress for my daughter. Service was as expected and the lady was quite knowledgeable and patient in her service. Thank you for making the choice easy with so many options.

I visited sleepy's ipswich store and was greeted with a very warm friendly welcome from Ashley. Ashley had very professional customer service skills, extremely patience and was very approachable and welcoming. I'm definitely be buying products from Sleepy's Ipswich in the future.

Sleepys staff were all very knowledgeable and amazing. Claire of Ipswich served me, she was absolutely outstanding, went in picked our dream bed and base. Best money ever spent, enoying it with my husband, practically same delivered and assembled by their professional and courteous delivery guys. What more can one ask for! 11/10

Ashley was amazing we initially returned to Sleepy’s because had a great experience with Suzanne, who was off when we finally returned. She left a lasting impression that encouraged us to return for a second enquiry. Ashley closed the deal with her laid back approach and extensive knowledge on the products helping us to make an informed decision. Great communication great personality, made spending $5000 easy and not giving it a second thought. Went to a few other bed providers in Ipswich one starts with H and ends with N, which we had to walk out of due to being harassed and targeted with obvious sales lines. But that’s a seperate review haha.. highly recommend Sleepy’s Ipswich !

I walked into the store just to look at mattresses with my partner and the store manager was absolutely lovely. We were not sure if we were going to get approved and she was amazing helping with everything. I would recommend the store manager to everyone she is awesome.

Staff we very friendly and welcoming. I went into store firstly looking for a bed for my daughter , but ended up walking out with a new bed for myself. Winning for Mummy :-) Clare was extremely helpful ensuring I was getting the right bed for my needs. Most places you walk in and they go for something that is completely out of the customers needs. Clare had me not only lay on the mattresses but also showed me the functions of the bed whilst I was laying on it. (Adjustable base). Clare was very informative in not only the functions of the base but also the layers of the mattress and its cooling foam.I would highly recommend Sleepys Ipswich, pop in today and see Clare you won’t regret it.
