Espresso Apartments

We had a few problems but very happy with the way they were handled. It was very hot so we requested another fan and it was delivered that afternoon, then the microwave did not work so a replacement was delivered the next day. Very good customer service. Good location (2/92 Tennyson Street, Elwood, Melbourne), between the beach and walking distance to train station. Found that emails was best form of communication. It was a family holiday and will definitely consider Espresso apartments again.

Would have been 5 stars all the way but for a couple of slightly negative comments1) The dishwasher was left full of dirty utensils and plates which had to be washed before we could use them.2) We had to adjust two single beds in to a double, and the floors under the beds had not been cleaned.Apart from these couple of grumbles the accomodation was excellent. But thought we needed to mention them as did not want anyone after us having the same issues.Had a great long weekend all the same, thanks Espresso Apartments.Chris and Teresa

Thanks Amanda we had the best stay. The apartment was very clean and well kept, close to everything, just a short tram ride to city centre. For 7 adults the apartment filled all our needs. The only comment I have is the extra bed you put in was just a base and not very comfortable to sleep on all other beds very comfortable. Very quick reply to all emails I sent asking questions making us feel important to you so thanks for everything and will definitely recommend you to all we know and will certainly stay again. The price was also very reasonable.

We stayed here for the week with our family. I will say that it is a fantastic location however we were very disappointed with the facilities. A number of things were not working including the dishwasher and the stovetop grill. One of the air conditioning units leaked water in the bedrooms and the dining room chairs are in horrible condition with the fabric all tattered and pieces come off all across the apartment. The issues were reported and attempts were made to rectify the issues which we appreciated but nothing was able to be fixed. Check in was easy and the apartment has heaps of space but it needs some work to make it the luxury accommodation it’s advertised as.

We stayed at 6/32 Bay St Brighton,Although the apartment was cleanly and neat, we had an issue with check in which was highly frustrating. Check in is from 2pm and there is a lock box to gain access and there were no keys inside. Trying to contact Espresso Apartments was difficult as they only have an automated answering machine. We waited an hour and a half in 40’ heat to be contacted back and someone come to let us in.The top bedroom hasn’t any blinds on the top tier windows so as soon as it was light the room filled with broad daylight forcing you to get up.There was also a DVD player but with no cabling so we were unable to watch a dvd that we had bought with us.The lift occasionally didn’t operate at times, although out of espressos control was still annoying.

Modern three storey semi detached apartment.Location in the fringe of St Kilda Beach hence views are not ideal.Complete amenities provided including coffee maker and laundry facilities. Bedding, linen and towels were clean. However, there were some sand on the sofa.Not ideal for elderly as the apartment was 3 storeys high.Overall, happy with the accommodation.

8/26 Outer Crescent, Brighton 4 nights.We (a group of four older ladies) were shocked on arriving to find that the apartment had been broken into before our arrival. All lights were on, the patio door was open and the living and kitchen area were a complete mess as well as the ensuite bathroom. After a phone call to Espresso a cleaner arrived who informed us there was no alternate accommodation available and she assured us that the intruders would not return ???? We left for a couple of hours and returned to find that the apartment had been cleaned but we did not feel very comfortable or secure the first night. Not a pleasant experience.

Awesome place! Just a few mins shy of the CBD area - in a really good location. Apartment was sparkling clean, equipped well with kitchen facilities, condiments and toiletries. Spacious, homely and cosy! Checking in and out was a breeze as well. Would definitely come back to this apartment again on my next trip.

We stayed in apartment 112 / 8-10 The Esplanade St Kilda as our son was getting married at the Yacht Squadron opposite. The location was fantastic. A magnificent view, plenty of space for the 6 of us adults plus we had the groomsmen also getting dressed there. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of parking. Needs a little updating but otherwise it was great.

What a wonderful apartment to enjoy any length of stay in Melbourne.Perfect for families of any age bracket.Apartment was clean, practical and perfectly managed; my family felt at ease, at home and on holidays!We loved that it was on the outskirts of the city but trams and lovely neighbourhood strolls got us to whereever we needed to go so easily.So close to Lygon St as well as Carlton Baths.. couldn’t of asked for more.Thanks for having us
